Good evening. Registration is closed and we are full. Below you will find all the information about the upcoming Crossover Fall Fling #4 at Millikin on 12/4. This is the last event in this series.
As we are a few days away from the event, we just wanted to send out a players info email. Hopefully this will have everything in it to answer any questions you may have.
We will be playing 1 round of shotgun start format for the day. We will play the regular 18 holes. The course flows really well, and shouldn't be painfully long rounds.
Tournament central will be at shelter #13. The schedule will look like this:
9-940a - Player Check In
940a - Brief players meeting
10a - Tee off
Awards and Ace Throw Off if not hit during the round
For all players who are in the ACE Fund, if it is not hit, we will do a throw off and the ACE Fund where winner takes all.
Here is the list of OB at the current moment. Cheryl and I will adjust it as needed and let you know ASAP.

All Pro divisions will receive their payouts via PayPal and all AM's Crossover cash immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange in the Crossover Cash.

I will have hole assignments up by Friday night, but just know that they could change due to players dropping/adding last minute.
In the event there is a tie for first place, they playoff will start on hole #1 until there is a winner.
At the completion of the round, we will do awards and payouts. As per PDGA, the top 40% will receive Crossover Cash. This can be exchanged for disc golf merchandise that we will have on hand. Please give us 10-15 minutes after the last card to get organized for payouts. At that time, there is no need to crowd around us as we get things ready. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
For all divisions of 3 or more, the winner will receive a "Cheryl trophy" on top of their payout. On top of the division winners, we will also have a special award for those players who accumulated the most points in their divisions this series.
