At this time I would like to thank all of our sponsors. Without the support of these fine folks, we would not have the nice trophies we are giving away, so be sure and thank or patronize their business when you are able.

Course Layout – For anyone who has not played the Pearl River Landing DGC, the course starts and finishes at the maintenance barn on the farside of the loop from the front entrance. The front nine makes a figure eight basically, with #9 basket right near the barn where you started. The back 9 makes a much bigger loop around the rest of the park, but finishes right back where you started.
Tee boxes – There are 3 tees on every hole except two, #14 & #15 which have two. All the tee signs on the back nine look alike from afar, but most are close enough together to be easily distinguished. Make certain you are throwing from the proper tee or penalty strokes must be incurred. The tees are red (short), white (middle) and blue (longs aka gold)
The teeing area will be marked with a sign/post and either a concrete pill planted in the ground or a colored flag.
Temp #16 – Unfortunately, one of the best holes on the course is closed off because the bridges crossing the creek have been deemed unsafe, but not to worry, we have a bomber par 4 replacement that takes you right back where you need to be. You will cross the street in the other direction and play to a temp basket back towards #17 tee.
Electronic scoring – E-scoring will be the official and definitive scoring method for the tourney. Paper scorecards will also be required as a backup to e-scoring so be sure and check in the morning if anyone from your starting hole has picked up the scorecard.
LUNCH – Due to time constraints and the fact we will be playing in 5-somes, we will have only 45 minutes from the LAST card turned in for lunch. So that means most of you will still get a full hour, but unfortunately, the last card will be held to 45 minutes. We need to cut corners where we can to fight darkness and The Deck, “Good, Fast Food” is right down the road, or a couple other eating options (Wards or gas station kitchen)
