We have Houndslake for Friday and Saturday only. The event will remain a 3 day. If A pool does not have 72 players, finals will likely be a larger field. The same for other pools as well. Sunday is finals and after everyone plays 36 holes (between Friday and Saturday depending on pool), PDGA Tour Standards are met. There will be some exceptions to the 10 in a division. Junior divisions will be crowned after Saturday. Langley Pond DiscGolfPark is not an ideal course for juniors with some holes. A division of one or two players will be emailed and asked if they want to move to a larger division (if allowed by Tour Standards) or compete as they are. They will be crowned Saturday. As stated, this is year one. There will be adjustments and “tweaks”, if you might say, along the way. If all of A pool is only 16 then yes, all will go to finals on Sunday. More will sign up. Give it time. This is year one. We hope to fill as that is what we want to show Houndslake CC. The property is amazing, and we hope all that can play will join in on the fun. It could determine the likes of a permanent course and/or being able to use it next year. Official design of Laurel begins Sunday. There will be some spoilers.
