No. Play it like normal OB rules. Play where the disc went OB and you can take relief as far back as possible in-line with the basket. Or you can re-tee with the penalty stroke

I can see hole 11 being a big problem from long tees for novice and rec - lots of water -lots of discs going swimming

Then lay up to the edge of the water then throw across it gotta play to your skill level
