Brooks Mischel I have requested for a refund 3 times. First one was on September 20th. I have sent separate emails in the past 2 weeks and no responses. I understand the event starts tomorrow and may not be able to change anything but knew and tried to take care of this in advance knowing I will not be attending Oct 23, 2021
