And do i understand correctly that pool B MA4 will play 1 round at two different courses, and are encouraged to bring players to fill their own card?

They will play 2 rounds at 2 different courses. Only players that have registered online will be permitted to play. Do not bring additional players to the tournament that did not sign up online.
