I'm #2 on MA2 waitlist, but today's rating update send me over the threshold. If I understand the rule correctly since the event is within 2 weeks of the ratings update, I'm good to play MA2 (and stay in my waitlisted position).

That said, if there is a spot in MA1 I'd happily move up, but I don't want to risk missing the tournament.
