In case anyone did not receive yesterday's email:
I hope you are all stoked to get out to play the Shady Strokes at Shady Oaks tournament on Sunday. The course is looking great and the weather looks promising as of now! Here is some information to help navigate a successful day on Sunday.
Firstly, TEE TIMES ARE POSTED! Please find your tee time at the below link. Please show up to tournament central for a player’s meeting 10 minutes prior to your tee time.

Parking is super limited at Shady. The main lot is partially closed due to roof construction on the main PD building. Please car pool when possible! If parking is full in the main lot, please park on Oltendorf Rd. near Oakhill Elementary school. This is on the opposite side of the park as Hole 1, so please prepare accordingly to give yourself enough time to make your tee time.
Divisional Cash CTP’s will be round 1 only. You will play with the same group both rounds. I will let you know your 2nd round tee time upon teeing off for round 1.
You will pick out your player’s pack disc upon showing up for your player meeting, no sooner. We will not hold your player’s pack at tournament central, it is not our responsibility.
If anyone does not plan to make it for one or both rounds, please let me know ASAP so I can shuffle groups if necessary.
Trophies will be awarded about 10 minutes after each specific division finishes.
We will utilize PDGA digital scoring, access code is SHADY
OB sheet/rules to be given to each group, but will be posted to discgolfscene tonight for your review.
