As j posted below. All tee pads are color coded with flags at them. No flags = No throws from that teepad.

Alright thanks! I'm at the course and noticed the flags on standard tee pad, but wanted to make sure basket wasn't being moved (ie practicing the correct layout)

That is the only basket out there. I didn’t at first know it was in the position when I was out there. Lol.
