It depends on the player's skill level. It's easy for folks with ratings in the 800s and higher. There's players registered with ratings in the 600s and 700s that find Graytown shorts a challenge. In both of the previous tournaments there have been novice players that finished over par on those tees. One of the main goals when planning these events is providing an enjoyable experience for players of all skill levels, especially players that are competing for the first time. In reality Novice should be cut off at 800, Rec at 850, Intermediate at 900, and Advanced 900+. That would spread the field more evenly.
