Parks and Rec wanted to limit the scale of the tournament for management purposes. They are kind of new to the sport and are exploring how to offer activities for us. I was told it will be a prize only payout. I posted the tournament in a proxy capacity to show them how much interest there is in disc golf by filling their registration up. A group of us in Vermillion are trying to get a new course put in and put on some more traditional tournaments down the line.
