That'll depend on the waitlist honestly. Right now, I have all four openings in FA3 Intermediate. Even if only one person signs on for a division, I will keep them in that division as far as points go. My advice would be either sign up there for the waitlist or sign up for intermediate and depending on who registers and that waitlist. I MIGHT be able to switch you to recreational but if not you'd still be able to play in intermediate if that makes sense (and I've been watching your videos. You're top notch when it come to playing :) So it's totally up to you on how you'd want to proceed. The second week of October is when I'll be dispensing slots that are still available to different areas.
