Unfortunately, as a shorter golf course (12 holes) they don’t have nearly enough carts to where everybody would have a chance to rent one, which means it can’t be offered for a sanctioned event. I want to get creative and make it work in the future for a non sanctioned event though!

The PDGA actually prohibits using carts for sanctioned play unless all players have access as part of their registration fee. It could be an awesome hole sponsor perk for a future unsanctioned event though. :)
