People used to be able to register by just commenting their name and pdga number and pay on the day of the tournament. That was cashless pre registration. Now you have to use PayPal at the time you register.

As noted above, people used to be able to "hold spots" without paying and then pay closer to or at the event. Since tournaments pretty much all fill these days, we don't hold any unpaid spots. If you want to play, you have to pay to sign up.
