I will be looking at this after the event. However, if you’re dropping out of an event the week before it happens to a TD who isn’t local with a ton of over head it puts me in a tough spot. I haven’t been able to fill your spots even though there is a waitlist. If all the spots fill I will refund everyone more.

Betty, considering you dropped out earlier it’s very likely you will receive a full refund. Thanks! Sorry I have to do it this way. However, if the weather isn’t good and everyone drops out I am stuck because I have already spent the money to be here to run this event I will be there rain or shine. I hope everyone can understand this. Trust me I don’t like it either. Also, if you don’t receive a full refund you can still pick up your players pack disc! Or have someone pick it up for you.
