I can understand your frustration, and have seen it firsthand. It’s a big event, with many volunteers and bound to have some hiccups along the way unfortunately. There is always room for improvement and communication is key to resolving problems and making sure these issues are resolved in the future.

I don't know how anyone can say anything about lack of care for amateurs. This tournament does more for amateurs then ANY other tournament...PERIOD!!! I am sure that some problems will always occur, but read the instructions and not too man problems should occur. This is a greatly run event, and Nate and all the staff should get a standing round of ovation!!! Great job!!!
