A waitlist is in place so that teams that drop out are filled as they drop, no one dropped out of the event until day of and that was one team... the team that got in the event was lower on the waitlist then you were... sorry that was the way it went down but we do hope to see you next year! Registration filled in less than 2 weeks, so keep an eye out next year!

I'm sorry if you feel as if the wait-list was poorly handled. Being waitlisted never guarantees a place in the tournament, only a chance at being moved up if players don't. Your team was the last registered team on the waitlist. The one team that was added to the tournament last minute was lower on the waitlist. I have just issued a full refund for both players on your team. We are sorry for any inconvenience and We hope to see you in the future.
