Hello,
You are receiving this email because you have an upcoming Trilogy Challenge event that an order has not been placed for. As you may have heard, due to overwhelming demand, we have had to close down other events from being able to host an event in 2021. When we shut down the registration, we did not know for certain how many players packages were going to be ordered based on what each director forecasted once they registered. As we are getting closer, we know that we do not have enough players pack discs to provide to all of the remaining events for 2021. Some events will not be able to get any of the Trilogy Challenge discs that are published as options. We do not know what those substituted molds would be as of now. They could be the same mold in a different plastic, but they could be a totally different mold.
The purpose of this email is to be transparent on where we currently stand with the 2021 Trilogy Challenge. If you have not placed an order as of yet, there may be a chance of you not receiving the advertised products. If we have to substitute products, we will let you know, but you will want to make sure your players are aware of the possibility as early as possible.
We would like to encourage you to consider lowering your registration cap or if you have not started accepting registrations yet, possibly consider skipping the 2021 season. Please do not order extra player packs once you do place an order. Pre-Registration is going to be important and you more than likely will not be able to allow many walk up registrations.
I understand that this is a major inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time in our sport.
