Here is a post from Justin Wendt yesterday which explains what your are asking: I capped registration at 165 because that is the amount I felt we could reasonably get through the park in a day given timing restraints. I set limits on initial field size for divisions so that my other divisions would have a chance to register. That said all division restrictions will be removed next Tuesday at 8 pm and the available spots will be filled from the wait list.
