Soooooo, the bracket has been created. A copy is shared in the Pictures section (tab at the top of the screen), and needless to say, wasn't what I expected. However, this does seem to smooth things out!
This bracket creates a change in plans in terms of the rounds for most of your (except for Cody O'Shields and I) for Saturday @ Aurora.
The upside? Most of you only have to play one round on Saturday now! For anyone other than Cody and I, you do not need to be at Aurora until 12:00-12:30pm to check in and pick up your players pack.
PLEASE check the schedule, as the timing has changed, being the fact that we have an abridged round schedule. Both Saturday and Sunday had time changes.
I will cover score-keeping habits for anyone who has not played in a matchplay event before at Aurora on Saturday, but it is recommended that players keep a physical scorecard (provided) when playing).
Keep an eye out here for OB rulings for both courses (posted shortly). I will also be sending an email to the registration email shortly with this core information momentarily.
Finally, thank you all for participating in this event! it may not be booked or very grandiose, but it should be a great time nevertheless. Feedback is always appreciated, as I'm running this bracket entirely for you! See you all Saturday at Aurora!
