Morning all!
I definitely expected the bracket to be short of 8 people, being on the same day as Pun's, but we are shy of our cap. What this means is that in our bracket (which is designed as a single-elimination system), there is going to a "buy" the first round. The bracket is created through UDisc, so I have no idea who that will be.
This odd man/lady out will NOT have to play the first round, as their lack-of-opponent gives them a first round win. Most likely, they will play the second round @ Aurora later that day.
I will create the bracket in the middle of next week (around 7/14), just in case there are any late drops or additions. I will post the bracket here, and post who is expected at the course at what time.
The "buy" first round is by no means excluded - if you want to show up for the first round and watch/pick up your discs, you can definitely do so!
