Hi James, most of the unfilled spots have already been reallocated as of 48 hours after registration opened. As for allocation, in order to meet PDGA and ODSA requirements and because the CLDGC offers early bird registration opportunities to members I had to take spots away from some divisions and give them to others in order to satisfy these needs. Therefore when reallocating I gave the spots back to the divisions that I took them from, in this case White and MPO. For the other few spots that I had I allocated them to the green division because proportionally they had the largest waitlist. I understand that allocating spots in groups of 4 and not using a large master waitlist may ruffle some feathers but when trying to run 128 people with 2 tee times each on one day I need everything to go smoothly and multiples of 4 work best, having other numbers would require me to create more tee times (that I don't have) or have groups of 5 that would slow things down.
