We have to tell you, we had a great time putting on the FlexStart FriendZy @2MRX Driven by Innova last weekend! It was so cool to see 157 people out competing on one of our favorite courses. We hope you had as much fun as we did.

We had great support for the event from Brighton Township, FlightTowel, Grow It Disc Golf, Dragun’s Landscape Supply, Disc Golf Examiner, the PDGA, and Innova Disc Golf.

Congratulations to the winners of each division:
MPO — Mike Rickerd
FPO — Lori Merriman (set a 2MRX FPO tournament record 73 and got bonus $50!)
MA1 — Brendan Reed (best round of the event, -9!)
FA1 — Baleigh Hopkins
MA2 — Michael King (won playoff with Forrest Huebner)
MA3 — James Kaiser
FA3 — Kasey McIntosh

We are sending the top 40% of pro divisions their winnings via PayPal, contacting the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place amateur division places to deliver their trophy discs, and connecting with the CTP winners from both days with their prizes.

Splitting the field over two days and the flexstart format allowed us to double the field from last year’s event. Thanks to all for playing!
