Hello! This is my first tournament so apologies if I missed my answers anywhere. For the 45% cut-off for non-pro players mean that each of the divisions will have 45% that moves forward or is it collectively? Also, is there a location for the rules of this tournament posted somewhere? I'd like to know roughly when to show up and get my tee time.
