It should be free. We as players needed to pay for our caddies at the challenge of goat hill. That was a golf course that also required you to pay $16 per seat in a golf cart. Onward the OTB Open, Portland Open, and Resistance Disc Open DID NOT REQUIRE Players or caddies to purchase a pass…
Free admission is given to players, media, volunteers, and staff. In the past we allowed caddies free admission, but too many people claimed there were someone's caddy, and so we removed that allowance. We had one player try to allow 5 caddies into the event to walk with him, and had many other people abuse the system or have someone walking along with a player but not carrying a bag.
Rule 3.05 B: . A caddie is a person who carries a player's equipment or provides other assistance during the round. Players may designate one caddie at a time during their round

Players are not allowed to have "5" caddies walk along with them. That was what was being abused.
Thank you for clarifying, Nate!
