It is also a Discmania Disc Takeover Night. Special deal on a very limited supply of Discmania discs. Sooo, get there early.
It is still National Dairy Month with a refreshing and energizing treat at the end of the round. Still looking for someone to bring some cookies. Please?? It is also National Iced Tea Month AND the day the ballpoint pen was patented so watch for a special CTP in honor of that.
Next week in Iceland Independence Day. We will have a special Viking-ish CTP. (Instagram). Also, from what I can gather, part of the celebration is a recitation of a poem. So, bonus points to anyone who, after the round, has the courage to recite a poem in front of the gathered masses. Please, if possible, provide a paper copy for the judges to follow along with. And the poem SHOULD NOT start with "There once was a man from Nantucket....". We WILL DEDUCT points if that happens. TWIZBEE prides itself on being somewhat family friendly.
