So I tried to get a refund on June 1st because of work issues and so someone can take my spot but yet to hear anything or receive one and states refunds are a go up till June 4th at 5pm which I did meet?? Can anyone help me here, I even have the email from 6/1 asking for a refund Jun 5, 2021
