Some tees are shared. Each hole doesn't have 3 tees. For example 13 blue and white is one tee. But this layout is played from whatever tee has the sign. It's the original layout.

The tee with the sign for that hole is the "sign tee" they are all different, the tee closest to the last pin was used as the sign tee!
