"Wednesday in The Pines “Virtual League”
1. “Wednesday in the Pines Virtual League” is a Singles league, featuring A Pool, B Pool and C Pool. Pool clarifications are posted at the bottom of this sheet. League will be played at The Pines Disc Golf Course with 1 round played for the league. The league schedule will also be at the bottom of this sheet. League results will be tracked on discgolfscene.com and have a league page of the same name. Updates will be posted both on the SVDGA Group Facebook page and the dgscene.com page. This league is open to all Skill Levels.
2. Weekly entry will be $5 per week, with 100% of entries going to payouts. Please use PayPal “Friends and Family” Payment to Avoid any Fees. Payouts will be in the same nature.
You do not have to play each week. Entry fees will only be accepted through Venmo, Google Pay, or PayPal, and weekly payouts will also be managed the same by how you paid entry. In the instance that somebody doesn't have one of the services, they will need to have somebody cover their entry and/or receive their payouts. No cash will be accepted. This will be done to avoid any exchange of cash to individuals and make managing payouts much easier with it being a "virtual" league.

3. Rounds will be played in a 12 hour Window on Wednesday each week starting at 8am until 8pm. Only one round's score will be accepted. Rounds will have to be played with at least two other players and no more than 4 total players. You MUST be Registered Prior to the Round. Scores will have to be submitted with a LEGIBLE photo of the scorecard, UDisc Photo, or Screenshot of Round Totals from a Scoring App. All Players Names must be visible on the score entered. This will need to be done within 2 hours of finishing round. These steps need to be in place to keep things fair for all. Posts can be made on the league pages to help find people who can play together if needed. This is one reason the league window is 12 hours. This will help give people a good chance to participate each week.

4. Card Members - Players may Choose their Card Members with a minimum of 3 to no more than 4 Players Per Card or if they do not have someone then that player will be matched with other players in the available Tee Time selected. Matched Cards may be 2 players by TD Discretion, Cards of 2 are only permitted in play by TD Authorization. Scores submitted with only 2 Players without consent of TD will not be accepted. If a player "Drops" during play, you may finish your round with only 2 Players.
5. Scores and League results will be tracked on discgolfscene.com. All scores will not be posted until after all league rounds are completed. Scores and Payouts will be Posted on Thursday morning.

6. In case of ties, tiebreakers will be in place and are listed below:
1. most aces during round
2. most birdies during round
3. least double or triple (or higher) bogeys during round
4. least bogeys during round
5. if the above tiebreakers aren't sufficient, it will be determined a tie and payout would be split
7. There will be no Ace Fund or Daily Cash CTPs. There is no way to manage this using this format.
8. Weekly Pool Payouts will be 100% of Entries divided out by PDGA Standard of 45% of the Field. This is not a sanctioned
round so it is not rated. Working just with the PDGA Standard of Payouts.
The League schedule is as follows:
May 13th, 20th, 27th - ALL Pools - Red Tees
June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th - ALL Pools - White Tees
ALL OB’s are in Play. No 2 Meter Rule.
Pool Clarifications:
