Any interest to continue playing Glow at Bandy into the spring/summer? I will not be able to run things this week, and will likely only be around for about another month playing glow. If there is interest post on here. I will likely get a WC GLow Spring/summer league setup here on the scene. If not, enjoy the spring thaw and I'll see ya'll soon.
Looks like another good night for glow this week. Please try to have LEDs on your discs- it does make finding them so much easier. With as much snow that has fallen in recent days, finding glow discs (unless it is a putter from close range) will be difficult and can slow down play.
Handwarmers for sale....at least one CTP offered this week.
Bring some extra dollars.
See you Wednesday

Cold weather may be here, but DISCGOLF goes on. Join us at Bandamer for a glow round. At least 1 CTP offered, perhaps a second. Double points extremely likely....rewarding those who brave a little chill in search of that elusive ace.
THANK YOU to all who came out this evening to participate in the first WC Glow League round of 2013. Jamie Mosier took home first place, while Ben Ciccarelli and Jay Adamski were a shot back. Daryl Ballios and Phil Common earned CTPs on the night and had their choice from a number of different discs. Interestingly, I believe that they both selected a Nuke OS with their selections. Please come join us next Tuesday night at Mary Beth Doyle for Ypsi Dubs league night. Round starts at 6:30.
Good forecast for tonight's round. Mid-high 30s. Lots of fun to be had this evening. At least 1CTP offered. See you at Bandy.
Looking more like Spring Glow based on the forecast. So much for Double points but it will be great to have a very comfortable round without 20 layers of clothing ;-) See yeah there Scott
Come out and join us as we welcome our friends from YPSI Dubs to this week's round. Plannining for some CTPs of some sort. Please offer suggestions on the talk page - I'd like to hear your ideas.
Be there and ready to throw by 7pm.
Yee Haw - I'll have a disc or two to donate for a CTP or something Scott. Plus I may have some other surprises in my Glow Bag.
Hey everyone. Just an fyi, my attendance will relie on wether or not I can arrange to snag a ride to the leagues for the next few weeks while I wait for my car to undergo surgery. Also, I may have some plastic to donate as well.
Just a reminder that WC Glow and YPSI Dubs are joining efforts to increase attendance by alternating weeks of glow. There is no league tonight. YPSI Dubs will join us next week at BANDAMER and will hopefully have a good turnout.
Again, no league tonight at Bandy.
Weather.com projects temps in the low 30s, a very slight wind, and 0% chance of precipitation. Come out and enjoy a fine night of golf.
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday (and those who have party/bar plans) league will not take place on Nov. 21. Please pass the word. We will resume the week following Thanksgiving. Enjoy the holiday.
Just look at what WEATHER.COM predicts for tonight's round. How can you stay at home?
7 pm 69° Mostly Clear HUMIDITY: 68% PRECIP: 10% WIND: S at 8 mph
Good rounds so far with the battle going down to the wire. While attendance has been a little low to start, let's see if we can change that starting this week. This week's theme: "Bring a friend to Glow."
See you on Wednesday.
BANDY FORECAST (via weather.com): Few Showers Possible 66° WIND:SSE at 15 mph
7:00pm. See you soon.
I am interested, and I think over the summer- it might make sense to make it a traveling league like 24 Chains. Usually at Bandemer, but maybe every other week at another course, or once a month. Starting early, before dark, and only playing half glow will probably get more people in the summer, so we're not getting home at midnight.
yes I'm d finately interested in all year glow... do iiiiiiit
