Final week 20!

Well, we finished on a strong note. 24 players signed up. 22 finished. Don't ask.
Great foods for our last night, thanks to Jeff and Brown Iron brewing in Royal Oak. And thanks to all that have come and had fun putting and hanging with us all year. Cheers to you all!!!
Jay Snyder is our final victor, 65 clams for 1st.
Jay B did well, he has finished top three every week he's been here. Amazeballs. Tonight he got $30 for 2nd.

Ray missed both of his putts at the 75/25 final double -tap. So we went to overtime. All attendees got two shots. Two were successful at hitting them both. Congratulations to Daymon and Gary, each walked with an additional $210.

Week 19

Daymon has sensitive peripheral vision but it was not going to keep him down tonight. Another 1st place win and $40. Jay B returns, 2nd place $15. Jeff collects $5 for 3rd.
Moon and Camie are decent enough people but their pressure putting lacks oomph. No hits on the double-tap. $516 carries over.

Next Monday 3/28 is our last of the season. Bring a dish of foods or stuff to pass around, maybe a charcuterie. Others will be doing the same.

We will be playing double-tap for 75%, eligibility based on 5 or more prior visits. 50% otherwise. We will draw as usual for one lucky participant to throw. If they are unsuccessful at hitting the 2 shots, all participants will have a throw-off.

Week 18

Without Jay B here tonight I had no idea what to do with the money. So I decided to do the following:
$50 was given to Kenny. 1st place!!!
ERIC!!??!! $25 for second place.
Jeff and James will have a stick-fight for third before next week's round. $5 on the line.
Kenny had another chance at glory. He did not achieve greatness. $10 for his one hit. Gary could not get past the distractions.
$492 carries over.

Holy mackerel, what a week! Three players putt at +70%, second time all year. This week Daymon nailed 78% of his putts and takes home 343,750 Russian rubles. Or $50 American, his choice.
Jay B hit a measly 77% and takes home $25
Jason makes a triumphant return and is a great tipper. $5
Chris and Eric are horrible under pressure, both missed their opportunities at glory. $470 carries over.

You must have logged 5 or more league rounds to be eligible for the entire payout. If the winner is someone with less than 5 league rounds it will be a 50% payout, the rest will carry over to next year.

Week 13

14 putters tonight. Where is everyone?
Jay B again with a solid 1st place game, $45 in his pocket.
Matthew hits again, 2nd place and $20.
James rounds us off in 3rd. $5
Fresh fish Kyle missed both 50/50 shots but Rich Carr hit one of his at the 25/75 bonus. He gets $10 and a pat on the back.

Week 10

Halfway point, boys and girls. 21 players tonight, three fresh fish. Good to have Dan, Aaron and Jude join us.
Cruising past everyone from the chase-card with the hot round was James, 1st place and 65 bucks. Cheers!
Jay B narrowly missed his fourth win in a row. $25 for 2nd, admirable effort.
Jason and Gary had a tie for 3rd, Jason won the shootout and $10. Gary took $5 for 4th.
His name is Kent, Eric Kent. And he nailed two beautiful Scoobers from 37 feet in the 50/50, $297 and WOW!!!
$298 carries over.

Week 9

22 fantastic people putted tonight. They know a good time!
Jay B is a very good putter. His third win in a row! 65 doll hairs to him.
Daymon stuck around this week for his $30 second place prize.
Jay S and James rounded us out, $10 and $5 respectively.
Kyle was called upon in his first week with us for the 50/50 throw. He unfortunately missed both as did Jessica in her 25/75 throws. Sad.

Nothing to report, other than 27 players this week! Crazy cool. Thanks again for showing up.
Back to back, Jay B with another solid performance and 70 US dollars.
Daymon adds to his portfolio, $35
Sweeny gets paid after a horrible week, 3rd gets him $15
Jay S won the $15 throw off for 4th/5th combined.
We are over $500 in the 50/50, we added a 25/75.
No matter. Kenny and Jeff choked. $511 carries over.

Week 7

Hey mackerel! 21 dedicated putters tonight. Great time, everybody!
Holy mackerel, pt. 2...Jay B with his first win of the season and a cool 65 bucks goes to him!
James finished a putt behind, a solid game...$25 for his efforts.
Travis and Jay S tied for third and had a $15 sudden death putt off. Travis made his putt and the cash.
Jay B had a chance at the sweep of the night, he was randomly picked for the 50/50 throw. Too much egg nog may have had a factor in him missing both putts. $457 carries over.
Thanks to everyone that stayed late for our secret Santa party, great time!!!

Hello! We had 15 highly entertaining players tonight. Thanks all for showing up. Welcome to Matt, Nick and Gary.
Speaking of which, congratulations to Gary for his 1st place finish. He's a $50 winner and has a strong musical acumen.
Sweeny took home 20 clams and Jay B left his fiver for next week.
Good ole Kenny had a chance at glory but pushed one putt wide. He still made $10 for his efforts.
