Everyone and anyone is Welcome to Participate!
PDGC Members will run these Field Work Sessions.
Warm-up with the Pro Pull, we will have them on site to use and for sale!
We encourage all participants to use the Pro Pull for the 6 Week Pro-Pull Workout.
Each week will work on Footwork, Form, and Timing.
We will video each Participant and help correct any issues!

June 18th Clinic - Disc Golf Fundamentals
I will be doing a mini clinic on Tuesday, June 18th at 6:30p where I will go over the fundamentals for backhand throws, forehand throws and putting.
Items covered will include: grip, stance, approach, course management and mental game.
