End of the Season

Congrats to Nick Pacific for shooting the hot round this week at 41 (-13) and would have been -15 if not for a couple of spit outs. Congrats Nick. And we had 3 aces this week and I was on the card of two of them. Brian Gentz aced Hole 9, Joe Blakely aced Hole 16, and Nate Esch aced Hole 8.

Week 22 MBD Final Week of Summer

We had 37 players play the Woods this week and had a tie at first with the hot round of 50 (-6) by Michael Gazdecki and Don Schnaidt. Great round guys!

We are in our final week of the summer league and we'll be at Mary Beth Doyle chasing those aces. We'll do a meetup on Saturday 8/27 at 11 am. The Woods Update

We have had 31 players out this week with the hot round a 50 (-6) by Michael Gazdecki. Tomorrow is looking like another good weather day to get a round in if you haven't.

Also remember that we are meeting up on Saturday at 11 am at MBD for our last league round. Ace pool will be $5 and if it's hit all 100% will be won. If no one hits then we will do a throw off on Holes 2 & 3 and the CTP on each hole will win 50% of the pot.

I'll also have Mint discs for sale on Saturday $20 for Profits and $25 for Lobsters and Jackalopes. Any left over will go online so get yours soon.

Week 21 Hudson Mills Original

Tom didn't make it out this week so his 4 week streak was broken by Brian C. Congrats Brian and Jeff for shooting the hot round of 51 (-4)!

Tomorrow we start our 2nd to last week of the summer at Hudson Mills playing the Original course. The only OB will be on Holes 12 & 13 IF your disc is completely surrounded by water. Those holes are also the bonus holes for the week. Get a birdie on 1 and get 2 extra points, get a birdie on both and get 5 bonus points.

The ace pool is going home with someone or someones that day so come on out and try and get it. I'm thinking it'll be over $100.

I will also have Mint Lobsters, Jackalopes, and Profits for sale with the cool ZAM art on it of an Octopus putting around some guardian trees. The profits are $20 and the Jackalope and Lobsters are $25. Come get one before they get sold out online after.

Week 20 Cass Benton

Tom Chrobak with 4 in a row shooting the hot round this week at 52 (-4). Great job Tom, it looks like he's got the league title wrapped up with just 3 weeks to go.

We had 29 players last week with a lot of close scores and many ties. I want to give a shout out to Randy for getting the Eagle on Hole 10, what an excellent drive and a clutch Circle 2 putt. Every hole except for Holes 3 & 5 were birdied by at least one player.

Tom Chrobak with his 3rd win in a row at Rolling Hills shooting a 50 (-4) Great shooting Tom. We had a lot of players with a chance this week with 9 of them within 5 strokes. Bonus points helped out a number of players this week as well.

Starting tomorrow we'll be a Lakeshore to play the Ponds. OB will be over the fence, over the rock wall, and in the water. The bonus holes will be Hole 2 (Par 4 so you need a 3) and Hole 8 (the water hole).

I'm planning on taking the month of September off and then I'll do a little 6-8 week league just like this in October and November and then we'll be back next April.

This has to be done on the same scorecard and has to have at least 1 other person on your card.

Indy West Update

We've had 20 players so far this week and the hot round is a 54 (-1). Looks like you'll have good weather to get your rounds in this week too.

The No Bounds Bonus 18 I was going to do that by how many people you beat compared to them playing the same holes but that's a lot of different ways I would have to calculate, then I thought about doing just like our regular league but then we would have bonus points of 50+ and that's not something I was looking at doing either. So I'm looking at 1 of 2 options. 1) Score it based on how you do over Par such as if you're -3 or better than you'll get 15 points, if you're -1 to -2 you'll get 12 points, Par is 9 points, +1 to +3 is 6 points and +4 and up is 3 points I may tweak that some more. 2) You'll get 1 bonus point for every hole you finished under Par for the year so if you were able to grab 5 birdies on the bonus holes that's 5 bonus points etc.

I will post everyone's score compared to their Par tomorrow in the comments.

Kensington Blue Update

We've had 20 players out this week and the hot round so far is a 48 (-6) by Nick. It looks like it'll be a good day today so get out there and try and best that score.

Starting tomorrow we are at Independence Lake for the West course from the White Tees. Holes 3 & 16 are the bonus holes.

We won't have a meetup next week as I'll be out.

Week 15 Kensington Blue

Nick Pacific with the 3 hot rounds in a row, shooting a 46 (-9) round at Willow. Congrats Nick! We had a total of 25 players and 10 were at or below Par this week. Looks like Hole 18 was one of the easiest holes for the week and Hole 1 was one of the hardest.

Starting tomorrow we'll be at Kensington to play the Blue side (original side) and we're playing from the shorts with No OB. Hole 13 is the bonus holes this week. I'll try and get those scores up soon.

Nick Pacific with the 3 hot rounds in a row, shooting a 46 (-9) round at Willow. Congrats Nick! We had a total of 25 players and 10 were at or below Par this week. Looks like Hole 18 was one of the easiest holes for the week and Hole 1 was one of the hardest.

Starting tomorrow we'll be at Kensington to play the Blue side (original side) and we're playing from the shorts with No OB. Hole 13 is the bonus holes this week. I'll try and get those scores up soon.

We'll be doing a meetup tomorrow morning around 10 am. This course has some ace runs and the ace pot is sitting at $34. I know traffic around Kensington is bad right now so if you're coming out but going to be late just shoot me a message and we'll wait.

End of Week Update

There is still plenty of time to get your round in this week and it looks like you should be able to play around the rain today if it comes. The hot round so far is Nick at a 50 (-6). 22 players have gotten their round in this week.

Tomorrow we will be at Willow for the only time this season. We'll meet around 10 am and throw once everyone is there and split into cards. Ace pool is at $22 and is $3 to join. Even if the rain comes today it should still be pretty dry out there and hopefully the bugs stay away.

Week 13 Lakeshore The Woods

Congrats to Nick for taking the win alongside the $89 for grabbing an Ace on Hole 7 from the Reds. A few people made a run for him but none were able to beat him.

Tomorrow starts our week at Lakeshore to play the Woods course. This is a Par 56 with Holes 10 & 11 being Par 4's. The only OB this week is the parking lot. I'm not able to meet up this weekend and hope to meet up again next week.

Memorial Day Meet Up

We've had 25 players play Northridge so far this week and you've got plenty of time to get a round in.

Next week since we're at Mary Beth Doyle and most people have Monday off I'm going to do a meet up at Mary Beth Doyle at 11 am on Monday. $3 Ace pool and let's see if someone can take the ace pot that day. We'll split up into cards of your choosing if you want to play with friends or we'll find a card to put you on if you come out alone.

Week 8 Northridge

We had 28 players this week at Kensington and the hot round was Tom Chrobak shooting a 50 (-4). Great round Tom!

Starting tomorrow we are playing Northridge from the shorts. We are not meeting up this week as I'll be out most of this weekend. OB is the water, the parking lot, on or over the road, over the fence. The triple mando is in effect on Hole 7 and it's also the Bonus Hole this week. Hole 16 is an island hole, if you don't land in the island go to the drop zone.

I hope to have scores up tonight but it may be a few days before I get to them this week. Have a good round everyone!

Beautiful day to get your round in still or try to better your score. We've had 26 players and -4 is the score to beat so far.

Tomorrow starts our week at Kensington North Blue. We'll be playing 1-18 from the shorts. Hole 13 is the No Bounds 18 bonus hole.

I'll be there tomorrow (Kensington at the practice basket or pavilion) around 11 am if anyone wants to come out and throw. Optional $5 ($3 ace pool and $2 CTP). Ace pool is at $30 and CTP will be for a dyed Truth on Hole 4 (check it out on Facebook).

Last week's scores and stats will be posted this weekend. The meet up at Indy West will be hosted by Randy, he'll be meeting at the Pavilion around 11 am. It's $5 ($3 ace pool, $2 CTP). We are playing 1-18 from the Whites. OB will be completely surrounded by water on Holes 4 & 14.

No Bounds Bonus holes are Hole 3 (Par 4) and Hole 16 (Par 3).

The easiest hole was Hole 5 shooting .39 under Par.
The hardest hole was Hole 14 (the long Par 4) shooting 1.36 over Par.
The average score was 60.5 (+5.54).
Hole 17 we shot an average of 3 for the week.

Week 4 Indy East

We are playing 1-18 at Independence Lake on the East Course. OB will be on Hole 9 in the swamp (if you don't make it over you go back to the drop zone). Hole 9 is also this week's No Bounds Bonus 18 hole (it's a Par 4).

If you're interested we're going to do a morning meet up at 11 am and split into groups and get at least one of our rounds in. Bring $5 and we'll start an Ace Pool and have a CTP (Hole 17 or throw off before the round).

There have been 28 players so far this week and you still have a little bit of time of decent weather to get a round in this week.

Saturday Meet Up

This Saturday let's have a meet up at Indy at 11 am. We'll split into groups and play at least one of our rounds. Let's do an Optional $5 for CTP and Ace Pool (I won't have change). CTP will either be hole 17 or we'll throw off before the round and will be a disc.

If this works then we can try and do this each Saturday.

Week 3 Hudson Mills Monster

We are playing 1-18 on the Monster at Hudson Mills starting tomorrow. Hole 5 is the No Bounds 18 Bonus hole for the week. It's a Par 55 (Hole 14 is a Par 4). OB is the parking lot and if your disc is surrounded by water on 17 or 18.

We had 35 players play the Gulch this week and Jeff Kennedy had the hot round and the only score under Par with a 52 (-2) keeping Nick off of the top.

Using only your best round these are the stats from last week and everything is considered a Par 3.

Week 2 The Gulch

We'll be at the Gulch tomorrow playing 1-18 from the shorts. Remember you can play twice and UDisc will keep your best score.

OB will be Hole 11 in the water and Hole 14 in the Swamp. There is no OB on Hole 14 but you do need to make it across, if you don't make it across, throw from the drop zone. Hole 14 is also part of the No Bounds 18 so get a round in with another.

We had 37 players make it out last week to play Rolling Hills. Nick Pacific had the hot round of 47 (-7). I hope to have some stats on last week later this weekend.

Week 1 Rolling Hills Begins Saturday

We are starting the year at Rolling Hills playing 1-18 from the Shorts. OB will be on or over any paved paths and over the fence on 7, 8, & 11. The No Bounds Bonus 18 hole is Hole 6 (must have at least one other person on your card). You can play the course twice and we'll keep the best score.

Next week begins our league. The first week will be at Rolling Hills and you'll have from 8 am on Saturday the 2nd until 10 pm on Friday the 8th. We'll be playing 1-18 from the shorts. OB will be on or over any paved paths and over the fence on 7, 8, & 11.

We're Back

Hello everyone. We are back again this year. We'll start on April 2nd and you'll have until April 8th to get your round in at Rolling Hills from the Shorts. Differences this year are you can play 2 rounds a week (best score will be recorded). Check out the comments for a fun little bonus round throughout the year. I hope to see everyone out there this year.
