End of the Season

Congrats to Nick for having the hot round for the week with a score of 48 and for having the most points throughout the season. Thanks to everyone who came out. I hope you enjoyed trying this new format as much as I did. We'll be back in March and start up again. Please send me any comments or suggestions that you may have.

Final Week at Rolling Hills the Foz / Rolling Meadows

Tomorrow will start our last week of the year. We're going back to Rolling Hills but we're going to play the new course. There are tee pads and baskets for each hole. You can find a map in the pictures section of the course page on here. Not a lot of people have played it at all so I think most of us will be playing it blind. There's no OB this week.

We'll be back in March to start this up again and hopefully come summer time we'll be able to have a meet up round each week for people who are able to.

Kensington North Blue Original

We are playing Kensington this week. We'll be playing the Original 18 from the shorts. There's no OB this week and I look forward to seeing how the scores compare when we come back here next year.

Schedule for rest of the season

Here is the schedule for the rest of the season. I made a couple of changes because of tournaments and such.
You have until Friday the 27th to get a round in at Rolling Hills.
11/28 - 12/4 - Cass Benton from the shorts
12/5 - 12/11 - Kensington North from the shorts
12/12 - 12/18 - Rolling Hills the Foz course from the shorts

After that we'll take some time off until March. In March we'll start like this where you have a week to get a round in somewhere. Hopefully by summer w ... more

Rolling Hills

We are heading back to Rolling Hills starting tomorrow. Playing 1-18 from the shorts. OB will be on or over any walking paths or over any fences. The best score this season there has been -7.

I'll be updating UDisc this weekend and we'll play Kensington, and then possibly Sandra Richardson, the Foz at Rolling and maybe back to Cass Benton.

Bandemer this week

We are playing Bandemer this week. You need to play a round from the Red tees and a round from the White tees. It doesn't matter how you play them, just put the scores in as Red tees for 1-9 and White tees for 10-18.

Play the X layout

I didn't realize that even though I deleted the post about playing the other layout it still sent an email so I'm going to post this one.

Play Holes 1, 2, X1-X12, 13-15. Skip Hole X11. Play X12 as X11 and play X13 as X12. If you have any questions send me a message.

Independence Lake this week

We are back to Independence Lake this week. The layout being played will be from the White Tees on Holes 1, 2, X1-X12, 3, 13-15. OB will be the Swamp on Hole X7. If you don't make it over the swamp go to the drop zone. If you make it over and roll OB then go to where you rolled out. The bridge through the Swamp is also OB.

Back to Rolling Hills

We are back to Rolling Hills this week. Playing a round of 18 from the Shorts. OB will be over any of the walking paths and over any fences. The best score the previous times we have been here has been a -7. The average score has been a 58.04.

Next week moving to Northridge

Hi everyone. I just noticed that there is a tournament at Rolling Hills both days this weekend so if you're only able to get a round in on the weekend you wouldn't be able to. So I'm moving this week to Northridge and we'll be back at Rolling the following week.

Mandos are on Hole 2 - left of the tree. Hole 7 - Triple Mando you need to go through the wall. Hole 10 - left of the tree. Hole 16 is an island hole but we won't play it as a Mando.

Lakeshore the Woods

This week we will be playing The Woods at Lakeshore from the Shorts. The only OB will be hole 18 in the parking lot. If you don't see the scorecard coming up it's because you might have picked the Ponds. So make sure you have selected the Woods at Lakeshore.

The Gulch

This week we are playing a round at the Gulch. We're playing 18 from the shorts. OB will be the swamp on the right side of hole 11. On hole 14 you have to be on or over the logs to be in bounds. If you are on the ground before the logs or in the swamp you are OB and throw from the drop zone. There is no Mando on hole 14.

Lakeshore this week

This week you need to get a round in at Lakeshore at the Ponds layout from the Short (White) tees. OB will be over the fence and on or over any rock walls.

Mary Beth Doyle this week

We had 5 players play last week and it seemed to work great. This week you can get a round in at MBD (including Glow rounds). Check in to the league on UDisc then back out and create a score card and use the league layout in Events.
