Players score 1 point in Round 1 for each person they beat in their division, including themselves. In Round 2, points double since it's usually in the dark and to make sure people stay the whole league night. So, 2 points for each person you beat in Round 2 in your division.
The above helps explain why a player may end up with better score for the night, but less total weekly points.
We take the best 6 of 7 weekly point totals to determine seasonal winners.
"Ace Pool" for this league is making 15 out of 18 holes (in a single round) on your first throw. The $1 entry gives you chance to do it on 2 rounds if you've paid the $5 entry fee.
There is no better way to practice actual game situation putting than this format and the league provides awesome opportunities to socialize.
