FLIGHTCLUB Wednesday League Informational. STARTS 03/21
The point of this league is to improve your short game; Focus on one aspect of Disc Golf and make it better!

-BRING CASH. NO MORE ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS-

We will have Mixed and Ladies divisions. $10 CASH, all-in each Wednesday. $5 to the nightly payout, $5 to finale. As part of your weekly player-pack, we feed you; could be hotdogs, could be prime rib...ya never know.

Flex start! League starts at 5p. Last card out at 7p. The gates close at 7, so get your butt inside the gate before then. I will not come let you in. There are sensors at the gates to let you out, just ease up and it'll start beeping.
All shots are 200 feet or less. 2 Throws from each tee. Each throw scores.
Ladies: Any shot 151'+, you throw from the normal tee. Wherever your disc lands is YOUR tee for that hole. From there you take your 2 shots at the basket. We will publish distances for the holes.

There are 5 putting stations that all divisions participate in. 2 throws at each putt station. Each throw scores.

The scorecard has all information on it. If it sounds confusing, it's only that way on paper. Within 2 holes it'll all make sense and we have plenty of players to assist.

Players have enjoyed the Payout Rollover, so we'll keep that going. You may cash-out at any time, its your dollars after all.
Rounds are subject to the whim and fancy of Recteq & weather. We play in the rain unless it's unsafe and/or lightning. Typically I will post on Tuesdays about league. I will also post about cancellations. Please keep an eye on this group.
Kid & Pet friendly. Please clean up after your kids. ABSOLUTELY NO MOTHER-IN-LAWS ALLOWED ????

FINALE
To make the Finale you must attend a minimum of 17 weeks across the season. Attendance then points is how we determine entry into the finale.
Tentatively, the Finale is scheduled for 12/09 or 12/10. This year there will be a Grill for Mixed 1st & Ladies 1st; You can take the grill -OR- take cash and let the next guy take the grill! It's very possible that last place could take home the Grill and everyone else takes home cash. Who knows how this will go.
There will also be one Grill given away to any participant who has not previously won a grill at FC...think of it as a door prize. ALL other prizes will be cash money. All spots in the finale are paid out.
How many in the Finale? About what we've done in the past. Participation will give us a number as we get closer.

THE FINE PRINT

FlightClub is all about having fun and player feedback is important to us.

We are playing on private property and as such we must abide by the rules and wishes of recteq. This means we must put our “best disc forward” and be good stewards of the Disc Golf community.

Flight Club is subject to change due to weather, recteq’s schedule, and other unforeseen factors.

If you have registered for the round and we must call it for any reason, anytime during the round, we will give all registered players of that round 3 points for attending and 7 points for the cancellation; even if you have played and scored out before the cancellation. No other points will be earned for a cancelled round. Your entry will carry forward to the next week.

If you must leave before you finish your round, we will not penalize you. Your attendance will count towards the Finale qualifications. Whatever your score is when you leave is the score for that league round. You must let the League TD know you are leaving and cross out the missed holes on your scorecard. Your card-mates will turn in the scorecard as normal. You will not be issued a refund, and your buy-in will not carry forward.

If you are disqualified or ejected from the property, for any reason, you will forfeit ALL points for that league round. You may also be asked to not return in the future and possibly forfeit your Finale Qualification. No refund will be issued.
Prizes are not transferable or up-gradable. Winner must pickup their prize in-person, 30 days from winning or forfeit that prize.

Players & Guests consent to having their picture taken and their likeness used for marketing purposes by Adrenaline Heaven Sports and recteq, without further compensation.

Players & Guests (“they”,“their”, and “Participant”) understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and Participant, on behalf of Their self, heirs, administrators, executors, and assignees expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Adrenaline Heaven Sports, LLC and recteq (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with their participation in this event. Further, Participant understands and acknowledges that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, and that They are participating in this event at Their own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken or not by the Releasees does not guarantee Participant will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is Their specific intent to affirm their foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death they may experience from COVID-19 in connection with Their participation in this event.
