Handicap-format recreational-level singles league with $2 minimum buy-in ($1 to club/park, $1 to prize fund), plus $1 ace fund and 2 $1 CTPs ($5 all in). Handicaps based on player performance in league rounds relative to course averages. Layout rotates between white (short) and black (long) tees, playing twice from white and once from black for each 3 rounds (subject to adjustment based on weather/time/other considerations). Start time varies with length of days through the season -- posted time on schedule is sign-in cutoff time.

Planned updates to SSAs for handicap calculation purposes for Monday s

I've been studying the results each week this season, and noticed that for whatever reason, lower scores are becoming much more common, and as a result the difference between scores and the nominal SSA is growing, meaning that handicaps end up being higher than they perhaps should be. So I decided to re-baseline the SSAs based on the results of the PDGA sanctioned events from the beginning of 2022 to today.
