Handicap-format recreational-level singles league with $2 minimum buy-in ($1 to club/park, $1 to prize fund), plus $1 ace fund and 2 $1 CTPs ($5 all in). Handicaps based on player performance in league rounds relative to course averages. Layout rotates between white (short) and black (long) tees, playing twice from white and once from black for each 3 rounds (subject to adjustment based on weather/time/other considerations).
