PDGA tournament rules apply to league play, except players of legal age may drink during rounds if the park rules allow alcohol to be consumed on the course. However, please drink in moderation since courtesy rules can be enforced to penalize unruly behavior.
A percentage of each week’s ‘buyin’ will be allocated to the “Hot Round†pot. This is for the best raw score and all players whether they have an established handicap or not, are eligible to win the “Hot Round†pot. The remainder of the ‘buyin’ will be awarded on the basis of the handicapped score in the usual manner.
A player can win only win from one pool in a round. You cannot win the Hot Round pool and place second in the handicap pool.
All players are, of course, eligible to win the Ace pool. This pool will never be less than $20.00, even if it was just hit the week before. If two players ace, the pool will be divided evenly.
The Ace pool will ‘roll over’ at $250.00 and a new pool will be started. If more than one pool exists, the oldest pool is awarded first.
For the year 2014 points will be awarded on the following basis:
1 point for participation
2 points for bag tag ownership
2 points for cashing
10 points for Ace
1 point for each player you beat.

Another one bites the dust!
Congratulations to Adrien Cormier who aced hole 18 (Steve’s Basket) yesterday, January 18, 2014. Adrien collected $250 plus the $20 bounty that is always offered for an Ace on 18. Why? Because that is Steve Werner’s personal basket and Steve is very protective of it, that’s why! So protective of it that this is only the 2nd time (in a sponsored activity) he has allowed to be be aced since the course opened! An this was the first time it has been aced in the current position. Congrats to Adrien!
