About this league
As many of you know, Tulsa was hit with high winds that have caused damages to many of our disc golf courses. This page is exclusively for Blackhawk Cleanup Efforts. There are many large trees down on the fairways. Phase 1 will be limbing up these tress and making piles in the fairways where a trailer can easily get to them to haul them out. If you are able to haul anything you cut out to the gravel parking lot near holes 2 and 3, that would be awesome! Large tree trunks will stay in place for now while the city assess how to get out there and remove them for us with FEMA funding. Please do not attempt anything crazy! Only trees that are down will be managed for now. If a tree is leaning or will fall while being trimmed, please leave it for the city!

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the cleanup efforts caused by the wind storm on June18th, 2023 at Mohawk Park, Tulsa, OK, and any and all related events and activities (collectively, the "EVENT"), the undersigned (registrant) hereby acknowledges and agrees that.
1. I acknowledge and fully understand that my participation in the EVENT may involve the risk of injury, including the possibility of serious injury or death, not only from my own actions, but also from the action of inaction of others, the condition of the premises, or the failure of the equipment used. I knowingly agree to assume all such risk, known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
2. I agree to conduct myself during the EVENT with all due regard for my own safety and the safety of all participants, observers, and bystanders. I agree to comply with the directions of all EVENT organizers, and I agree to immediately notify EVENT organizers if I observe any unsafe conditions or behavior during the EVENT.
3. For myself, and on behalf of all my heirs, assigns, executors, personal representatives and next of kin, I herby waive and forever release the officers, directors, agents, volunteers, sponsors, donees, and local organizers of both the Tulsa Disc Sports Association (TDSA), City of Tulsa Parks and Recreation Department and the EVENT organizers from and against any and all liabilities, claims, expenses or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to my participation in the EVENT.
I have read this waiver and release agreement, fully understand its items, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by registering, and I register freely and voluntarily without any inducements.
Furthermore, I also recognize that the TDSA, City of Tulsa Parks and Recreation Department and the EVENT organizers have the right and responsibility to record the event through video and still photography of any and all participants. I hereby grant permission and such photography may be used for event publicity, public information, or any other promotional use that falls within TDSA, City of Tulsa Parks and Recreations Department or EVENT host activity.
