Calling all lady’s!! This will be a double elimination match play league. What’s double elimination match play you ask?? Well it goes like this. Match play doesn’t care about total strokes only the number of strokes per hole. For example you get a 3 and your opponent gets a 4 you get one point for that hole. If you tie no point awarded no carrying over points to the next hole. Double elimination… so you didn’t play well on one of your matches and lost you still have a chance to fight back through the losers bracket and take home the title but don’t lose again you will be out!! Now that you know what’s going on.The week before I will put everyones name that is signed up in hat and randomly draw out names and put them in a bracket. For this league you will be required to play one match per week at whatever course/time you and your opponent want/ can get together and play. You will be required to reach out to you opponent and set this up. I will make a Facebook page with everyone that is involved in this league on the page so you can communicate on there with everyone. We have had a lot of success/fun in the other match play we have held. I’m hope that you all do to. Also out of the $25 entry fee $5 will go to the Hammond hill club for maintenance of Hammond hill DGC the rest will be payouts.
