I AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL RULES OF SAFETY, PDGA PLAY AND AS OUTLINED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR HERE.

I understand that non compliance of the following rules will result in my immediate removal from the event WITHOUT WARNING. I understand that while I may keep my own written score during the event for backup, that USE OF PDGA ONLINE SCORING WILL BE MANDATORY for each group. I understand that group sizes are strictly limited to 4 or less and that caddy's and visitors will NOT BE ALLOWED in my group during the round.

Violations of the PDGA drug/alcohol rule are non warning instant DQ.

I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Sunday League @ Washoe DGC Supported By Innova Champion Discs, Skot Meyer, Dave Chapman, Josh Matzke, Adam Scuveiller, Washoe Golf Corse, Washoe County, The Reno Disc Golf Association and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.

Furthermore, I agree to comply with the following conditions:
1) If feeling ill, running a temperature or displaying any symptoms of infection from the COVID 19 virus, I will notify the tournament director and withdrawal ASAP from the event prior to arriving for my scheduled tee time. Any such withdrawal will be entitled to a refund of entry (minus any DG Scene processing fees which are non refundable)
2) To maintain 6 feet OR MORE between myself and other participants
3) To NOT handle any other participants equipment at any time
4) MASKS MUST BE WORN PROPERLY COVERING NOSE & FACE AT ALL TIMES to and from and while in the tournament check in area UNTIL at the hole 1 tee area
