Another helpful tool is to visualize the mando area as a "don't miss" rather than a "do make" area. The mando lines on holes 1, 3, 11, 13 and 16 will extend into infinity away from the designated mando. Last year you saw a mando line drawn between a double mando or on single mandos drawn on the side of the mando. Going forward the lines will be on the outside of double mandos and on the "don't" side of single mandos. Yes, each mando will have a drop zone for any throws that miss the mando. It will be clearly marked. Missing a mando will result in a penalty stroke. All mando lines extend into infinity. Should you disc cross the mando line at any point, regardless of where the discs comes to rest, the disc will be considered to have missed the mando. I hope this helps clarify the rule a bit better. You may play and score your round at anytime during the day on the Tuesday of that week. So, let's say you have a commitment that conflicts with playing at 6 p.m., you can play prior to that provided you have at least two but not more than four more league members playing with you at that time. Another instance would be if you were running late. You and a group could tee-off at 6:30. Keep in mind you would need to use PDGA live scoring.
