It is with a heavy heart that MCCG has made the hard decision to cancel the 2020-21 Indoor Putting League @ 5 Star Lanes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While many efforts were made by staff to make the environment as safe as possible the MCCG crew does not feel comfortable operating in closed quarters with hundreds of other people (disc golfers and bowlers) putting ourselves and our friends at risk to whom we feel responsible. We would be willing to entertain suggestions for other venues (not just ideas, but actual plans/contacts) but no promises for this season.
Players who have already paid for Double Tap membership and Year End Playoffs (carryover from last year) we are offering refunds via PayPal (or maybe in person if easy) or you can just offer it as a donation to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
We are sorry to have opened player’s expectations by starting the season, and then canceling it. In the end we want everyone to be safe.
