Payouts for week 10 have been sent along with any League Credits that were owed. This includes the Ace Fund payout of $141 (with $25 added) yesterday. The Daily $$$ CTP was also tacked on to this total since Mikey also aced the hole that was set for that side game for a grand total of $168. NICE!!!!!

Of those with League Credits, the following totals were paid out via Paypal:

Thanks to all the players who came out for our Summer Session of Tuesdays with Pundy. We had 61 different players out for at least 1 week of league. NICE!!!

Results for Week 10 are posted and payouts and all that info will come out tomorrow once all payments are validated. I will also include any league credits in payouts for this week and will post any totals other than what is posted on the League Leaderboard to keep it completely transparent.

The League Report will also be filed tomorrow. This will most likely not hit the next ratings update which should be next week. But there is an outside change it does.

We also had another league ACE tonight, with Mikey Davidson hitting hole 17 from the Red Tee to null and void the Ace Fund CTPs on the day. Hole 17 was also our Daily Cash CTP, so he will be getting a nice payout that should be around $165 total dollars. Once all payments are verified from today, that total will be updated and posted along with the league ace. Nice shot Mikey!!!

There is rumblings of finding a way to make a 6 week Fall Session on Sundays with a 10 AM start. More info to come on that ASAP.

The finale of the Summer Session is tomorrow with the plan being a Reds to Longs Round. Flex start window will remain at a 5 - 5:30 start, with the last group going out promptly at 5:30, as it gets dark around 8 PM. PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!!

We will also be adding on tentative CTPs for the Ace Fund. These will only be in play if no Ace is hit during this final round and only those who have thrown in on the Ace Fund at least 3 times this season are eligible for the prizes. We are currently at $116 in the fund and I'd guess another $20-25 being added this week. With around $140 in the pot, I'd like to add 5 CTPs with a value of around $25-30 each (depending on the Ace Fund total). There will also be the Daily $$$ CTP, meaning there could be a total of 6 cash CTPs. Holes will be announced tomorrow for these CTPs.

I will also have some cash on me tomorrow to pay out some of the league credits. Final totals will not be computed until the league finale (including CTPs) are finalized on Wednesday. But I will have some cash on me for those that prefer.

And this week we have Mike Carlile crushing the field with a 53 (-6) on the Great White Short layout and netting an unofficial 1017 rated round!! I

24 on hand for the 2nd to last week. Cash CTP was taken by GWAR and Evan snagged the Odie Open Lil Wizard CTP. Payouts and other updates to come tomorrow once everything is confirmed.

Next week is our final week and the plan is Reds to Longs. If conditions dictate, hole 2 and 15 Long may be removed. But the goal is to play the entire layout. We will also have CTPs in play for the Ace Fund. This will include buy-ins for the final week plus the current pot, which should be around $115 after this week. There will be 5 CTPs in play for those who have consistently bought in on the Ace Fund throughout this session. These will be the shortest holes possible and will be in play unless an Ace is hit during the round. Any Aces (by those who have bought in) trump the CTPs for this fund. There will also be the standard buy-in for the Daily Cash CTP. This will make a possible 6 CTPs on the round for those who buy in / qualify.

We are down to our last two weeks of the Summer Session of Tuesdays With Pundy. Don't forget, the flex start window moves from 5 - 5:30 starting tomorrow for the final two weeks of league. As I post this, it's about 8 PM and daylight is already fading fast. So we will need to be sure to have the final groups head out by 5:30 with NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is still unofficial and will not be finalized until the League Report is submitted. But an impressive round nonetheless!!!

Scores have been posted for Week 8 playing the Reds to Shorts layout with Matt Mazur getting a -8 and a 1020 unofficial rated round!!! The ratings do seem strange, so I'll have to see if there is some issue with it on the PDGA Tournament Manager app tomorrow. But I kinda hope it stays so my -4 can hold the 975 rated round as well ;)

Evan Muzilla hits the CTP on hole 13 for the Daily Cash and should be about $25 for that and also the same added to the Ace Fund.

We are down to the 3 final weeks of league. Next week's format will not change from Reds to Shorts, as it will be a tune up for The Oderus Open. The following two weeks will have the start time moved from 5 - 5:30 with the last group going out promptly at 5:30. It is nearly dark now by 8:30 and will be around 8 - 8:15 by the last couple of weeks. There will be no 27 hole layout for week 9 and that layout is TBD. The plan is to go Reds to Longs or Reds to Some Longs (no Island / 15) the final week.

The tentative plan for next week is a Whites to Shorts format. But early forecast is calling for rain. So this may change to a shorter round based on the weather and course conditions. An update will be provided by early Monday.

Also, it is looking very unlikely we will have a Sunday Pundy league for Fall. There is too much going on for me and I can't commit to running the league. Ross Fry hit the CTP on hole 13 which should be for about $24. Once all payments are verified, payouts will come tomorrow per the norm.

NICE!!!! Mike Carlile wasn't too far behind with a -10 and an ACE on hole 6A that's gonna cash him around $160!!!! Results are posted and per the norm payouts will come tomorrow once all payments and scores are verified.

Daily Cash CTP was hit by Braden Hanahan and should pay out around $26. The Bonus Innova GC CTP was once again hit by Scott. This time he's keeping it.

The past two weeks have had players show up well past the 5:45 deadline when all cards are made and the final groups are heading out to the course where I had to turn them away. PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!!! I will continue to turn people away who are late and don't contact me ahead of time so I'm aware to have a spot on a card for them. The 5:45 start will hold for now. But if time becomes an issue, we will be moving it back to 5:30 to ensure rounds of finished with daylight. This will be communicated at least 1 week in advance to the change.

Daily Cash CTP was hit by Alan Everson and should be for $28. Ace fund should also increase $27. Once all payments are verified, I'll update that tomorrow with the "Payouts sent post. Also, Scott Williams hit the bonus CTP for the $20 Innova Card and has let it roll over to next week. It will move to a different hole per my decision when that comes ;)

There were a couple scores that were corrected when I confirmed them. I will have the scorecards with me if anybody would like to double or triple check. It's late and my eyes are tired and old so yeah....you never know. But I do check them over each week FYI.

Payouts will come tomorrow per the norm. Brian Riedel hit the Daily Cash CTP and should somewhere between $25-28 coming his way. Once I confirm entries and send payouts, that amount will be finalized along with the addition to the Ace Fund, which is now over $100.

Tentative Layout for next week is Reds to Shorts. But I may add something to the mix. We'll see.

Tomorrow we kick back off with our Summer Session of Tuesdays With Pundy!! Reds to Longs will be the format and serve as a tune-up for the Labyrinth coming up in just under two weeks.

Please note that the league start time has been moved to 5:45. The flex start window will now be from 5:15 until 5:45, with the last group heading out to the course and starting by 5:50. That will be the only significant change this Session, other than adding a MA40 division for those who are interested.

We also have a $59 ace fund rolling over from last session. The daily cash CTP will also be active weekly, meaning it's $10 league entry (required) with optional $1 ace and CTP buy in for $12 total.

We return for our Summer Session on 7/5/22 for a 10 week stint!!!

A couple changes to note for this Session:

The Flex Start window will move to a 5:15 to 5:45 start window

All players must be present by 5:45, and head out to their holes by no later than 5:50

MA40 will be an offered division, with others available based on turnout (MA50, MA60, MA4, etc)

We have a $59 ace fund rolling over from last session


League entry payment and payouts will remain via PayPal, with the same protocol of league results to be posted the same night as league, with payouts coming the following afternoon. Cash can still be used for those who prefer, and we will figure out a payment option if necessary. I will also offer the league bank again where your cash can roll from week to week for any winnings that can be used then to cover weekly entries. This can be paid out upon request or will be done at the end of league if any players have remaining amounts.

For our Fall Session, we will be moving to the same Sunday 11 AM start time. More details to come on that later in the Summer.

Don't forget...we are on our short Summer vacation before league kicks back off on Tuesday July 5th. The official Summer Session will be a 10 week league and run through September 6th.

I have also decided to add a MA40 division for the Summer Session for those interested. MA50 and MA60 can also be added if we get a minimum of 3 people for that division on a weekly basis. Payouts for these divisions will not mix with the MPO/MA1 payout, but be separate pools. I may even consider separating payouts for MPO/MA1. But for right now, I don't see a reason to do that.

I am also considering moving to cash entries with a Shotgun Start each week rather than the 30 minute flex start window. I am still deciding if these are the right way to go and a decision will be made by the end of this month.

If anybody has any suggestions or feedback, please let me know. I'm always up for ideas to make this league as fun as possible for everyone involved.

The League Report has been officially submitted to the PDGA for review an and approval. I'm hoping this gives enough time for the round ratings to be included in the June update. I've played tournaments the weekend before and update to have them included, so I feel these should be no problem.

Congrats to the official Tuesdays With Pundy 2022 Spring Session league winners!!! The PDGA awards league finish based on points earned each round you compete, with points being awarded based on how many people in the division and where you place. The cumulative points for the entire league dictates who gets the official "win." These wins may not be included in your Career Wins, but they do show up as 1st place when viewing the league page on the PDGA site. Regardless, Kudos to the winners below:

Congrats to Evan Muzilla for shooting our only 1000 rated round of the Session with a 1010 rated -12 round yesterday!!!

All payouts have been sent for the League Finale of our Spring Session. This includes weekly payouts, CTP Ace Fund Payouts, and any remaining league credits.

The total Ace Fund pot for the year was $146. With no aces yesterday, the pot was decided 5 ways into $29 CTPs. With the miscommunication snafu and 2 CTPs eliminated yesterday, a $59 Ace Fund will roll over into our Summer Session. The following were paid out $29 for their CTPS from the Ace Fund: Ryan Loncar, Nick Loncar, and Justus McGrath.

The Daily $$$ CTP was $27 total. This was won and paid out to Jeremy Golden. These payouts were combined with weekly payouts if necessary.

Thanks again to all the players for our Spring League!! Once the PDGA report is finalized, I'll post some extra info about this Session.

Scores are posted here. I'll make sure the PDGA page updates correctly so ratings can be established after this message. Per the norm, payouts will come tomorrow once all payments are scores are verified.

There was also some miscommunication regarding 2 of the 5 Ace Fund CTPS resulting in them being put on incorrect holes. Since I could not verify if all players played those holes, the were eliminated from the CTPs today leaving 3 of the 5 Ace Funds in play. The other 2 CTPs will roll over into the Summer Session Ace Fund, meaning we will be starting with around $50 in the pot. This is the only truly fair way to handle this. Sorry for the confusion. Once I verify all payments, I will post the amounts of the CTPS. For the 3 active CTPs for the Ace Fund, each will be 1/5 of the total. We were at $120 before tonight, which should put it at around $145 for the total, meaning each CTP should be around $28 or $29. But this will be confirmed and posted tomorrow.

Of the CTPs that remained active, here are the winners:

Hole 9 CTP (1/5 Ace Fund) - Ryan Loncar
Hole 9 Daily Cash CTP (weekly entries) -- Jeremy Golden

Tomorrow is the finale of our 6 week Spring Session of Tuesdays with Pundy!!! We will be doing the 27 hole layout, using the Blue tees on the "A" holes (2, 3, 6, 16, 18). Scorecards and layout sheets will be on hand.

We also have a $120 Ace Fund that is active for this round. The fund will also be increased by the entries for the week. If an ace is not hit, the Ace Fund will be split between 5 CTPs that will be play for this week. An ace during the league round by a player who has bought in for the week will take the pot per normal Ace Fund rules. Also, these CTPs are only open to players who have bought in at least 2 weeks of this season. This will ensure players who have bought in multiple times are only eligible.

The 5 CTPs for the Ace Fund will be:
Hole 4
Hole 8
Hole 9
Hole 11
Hole 12

These are holes that haven't been used often for our other CTPs and still allow a chance at all players to win one or more.

The daily CTP will also be in play for this round and will be decided upon before players begin, as it is "random."

The league report will be filed on Wednesday. That may be enough time to get the ratings included in the June update. But I'm not sure. But the report will go in Wednesday once all scores and payouts are confirmed for the final week.

Thanks to all the players who have come out for this Session. It's been a great year with a phenomenal turnout and some competitive rounds. This is easily my favorite league in the NEO. But you know I'm biased ;)

So each CTP should be around $25-$28. We will still have the daily cash CTP as well, meaning there will be 6 extra holes to cash in on for our finale.

Total Ace and CTP buy-ins for the week are:
Ace -- $29 -- ($98 total)
CTP -- $28

If no ace is hit next week, the final week will have 5-6 CTPS in play for the ace fund. This will be standard Ace Fund CTP rules for this final day, with any Ace(s) trumping CTPs for the ace fund pot. These CTPs will only be in play for players who have bought in a minimum of 2 times in the first 5 weeks of league. These keeps it fair for those who have continually bought in.

There were also a few players who tied for 4th in MA3 that split $9 for $3 each. One was paid with another players winnings. The other 2 will be league credits for the last 2 weeks so that PayPal isn't triggered with small transactions. Those Players are:

I've gotten a few messages about Hole 2 this week. Please see below:

Hole 2 Red to Long (Island) OB rules:

ANY tee shot from the Red Tee that goes OB will result in a re-tee from the Red Tee with a 1 stroke penalty (shooting 3). The player has the option to attempt the throw to the Island once again with the same rules. This means any concurrent shot from the tee will result in a re-tee with a 1 stroke penalty. Any shot that goes OB that IS NOT from the Red Tee, the player can move to the Drop Zone, which is the tee near the bridge, also with a 1 stroke penalty. The player also has the option to play from the point of OB if they prefer. SHOTS MUST LAND SAFELY ON THE ISLAND!!! If a shot makes contact with the Island but does not come to rest in bounds, the shot is considered OB and then a re-tee (if from the Red Tee Pad) or throw from the drop zone (or point of OB) will follow with a 1 stroke penalty for each shot that does not land inbounds.

Simply put, only shots from the tee will result in a re-tee. This prevents a player from tossing their disc to the edge of the water and moving to the Drop Zone shooting 3. All other shots that go OB and are not from the Red Tee will result in the next shot from the Drop Zone.

Also, just want to remind everyone that hole 4 does not use the Drop Zone at the bridge for this league. Shots are played with penalty from the last point they crossed over the inbounds area (per normal OB rules).

The plan is to still play the Tiger Long layout this week. This is the round with a Blue/Red/White format, with hole 1 Blue, hole 2 Red (to long), hole 3 White, Hole 4 Blue, etc. It is a longer round, especially with the long pins in play. So we will have a strict start time cut off of 6 PM for this round. That way we have about 3 hours as the last groups to finish our rounds. PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!!! I will be only accepting players until 5:55 so that my group can tee of by 6. I will also be limiting later starting groups to 4 players to make sure that we get done in time.

The Island rules will be played similar to last time with the following exception added: When throwing from the Red tee to the Island on your drive, if a shot does not land safety inbounds on the Island, the player will re-tee with a 1 stroke penalty (shooting 3). The player must re-tee with penalty for all tee shots that land OB. When shots near the short pin green area are thrown the Island, normal OB rules are in effect with the tee pad near the bridge serving as a drop zone.

As of now the forecast looks decent. But we did get a good bit of rain yesterday and this morning, so I'd expect conditions to be muddy.

As Scott mentioned, there was an incorrect score entered that affects the payouts for Week 3 in MA3. Details and the plan of action can be found below:

MA3 -- 14 players total -- 5 spots paid out (33% of field)
1st -- $34
2nd -- $26
3rd -- $19
4th -- $13
5th -- $8

The incorrect score was for 2nd place and that player did not get paid. This also means that players who were paid for placing in 3rd through 5th were overpaid. Below is what was sent out to the players who placed before the error was realized::

We have some stellar conditions for week 2 of the Spring Session of Tuesdays With Pundy for tonight!! Flex starts between 5:30 and 6 PM per the norm for tonight. Layout will be Front 9 Whites to Longs / Back 9 Reds to Longs as was posted a couple days ago.

Also, we will start making these Bag Tag rounds for anybody interested. They can be put up as a whole for the group or between you and your cardmates. The only issue with using the group as a whole is that players who want to get their updated tags will need to stick around until all who have put their tags in have completed their rounds.

Seeing as we didn't get to play the Long Pins last week as originally intended due to the weather, we will be playing the following layout for Week 2:

Front 9 Whites to Longs / Back 9 Reds to Longs (Par 60)

This will include the Island Pin for Hole 2. Island Rules will be as follows:

If the shot to the Island does not land safely in bounds, the player will move to the tee near the bridge and continue the hole until the disc lands safely in bounds. If a tree or other part of the island is made contact with during the shot but the disc lands OB, the shot is not considered safe and the player does not advance to the Island.

The weather looks great, so hopefully we'll get as good of or a better turnout this week. Spread the word and let's keep this going and growing!!!

We are on for week 1 tomorrow with a 5:30 - 6 PM flex start window. The last group (my group) will be going out promptly at 6. The forecast is not looking promising. But I will be there and will allow groups to play if desired. Rain is supposed to be spotty, but heavy and may include thunder and lightning. Temps should be 60+ at least. So if you plan to play, please be prepared for the possibility of adverse conditions.

The format will most likely be Reds to Shorts with iffy weather a possibility. Payment and payouts will still be handled by PayPal to keep things easier for those who start at an earlier time. Payout details are below:

League entry stays at $10 with optional $1 Ace and Daily CTPs for a total of $12 all in. $7 of the entry goes to payouts each week, with the top 1/3 getting paid out from each division. So nothing has really changed from years past for those who have played earlier sessions.

Sanctioning is submitted and we will run a 6 week Spring Session followed by a 2-3 week break before our Summer Session begins. The Summer Session will be 8-10 weeks and is TBD.

More details to come, but expect the same style format with a 5:30 - 6 PM flex start option and payments through PayPal. Weekly entry will most likely remain the same.

Conditions look amazing or our league finale this week, so we will be playing a variation of the 2020 Labyrinth Lite Round 1 Layout with one slight change (hole 3) and two additional holes to make it a 20 hole round. The Layout is below:

To qualify for these additional CTPs, you must have thrown in on the ace fund at least three times throughout all three sessions of league in 2021. This ensures nobody showing up for tomorrow who hasn't played all year can qualify for the money we've all given towards the fund. The 3 additional CTPs will be on 3 Gold to 3A (Platform shot), Hole 13, and Hole 17. There will also be the normal random cash CTP that will be dec8ded upon before the round starts. There may also be some other random prizes since this is our last event for the year. So don't miss out!!!

The round played very tough, with no players finishing at par. Drummer hit the cash CTP for $11, and Mike Carlile snagged the bonus CTP for a disc. Payouts have been sent and the official scores are in with ratings included.

2 weeks left to go before we wrap it up with our L-Tier series for 2021. It's been suggested to make next week a shorter round since there's a big sportsball game on or something, so we will play Reds to Longs. For the Finale, I plan on playing the 2020 Labyrinth Lite layout, with a mix of Red, White, and Blue Tess and some of my favorite tee shots on the course. I'll post more specific layout details later this week.

The only change I foresee is eliminating the Island Pin on hole 2 if it is unplayable. That decision will be made in the morning.

Scores have been posted and payouts will follow shortly. Greg Garrett hit the CTP on hole 17 for the daily cash of $15, and $15 more has been added to the ace fun putting it now at $43.

Next week I'm thinking the opposite of what we played this week with Odds White - Even Red to Longs (par 59). If anything changes, I'll update the layout by no later than Friday.

For tomorrow, we will be playing Odds Reds - Even Whites to Long from with the Island (hopefully) in play. Depending on the rain today and how much accumulates, the Island may be skipped if the water is excessive. This Layout will play holes 1,3,5,etc from the Red Tee Pads using the Long pins on holes 9 and 15. Holes 2,4,6, etc. will be played from the White Tee Pads to the Long pins on holes 2 (hopefully) and 12. Par for this layout is 63, and custom scorecards will be provided. Standard OBs will apply with ropes playing as the OB lines, and casual relief will be granted in areas along Pine Lake that may have water in past the OB ropes.

Also, I'll have our stock discs on hand for anybody interested in taking a peek before or after league. Cash and Paypal accepted for payments for our discs.

Standard OB's will be all of the ropes, and surrounded by water where there are not ropes.

Hole 2B to the island. Your disc must come to rest inbounds. If you do not land on the island on your tee shot, you may advanced to the drop zone on top of the platform. You may optionally proceed to the drop zone throwing 3.

Hole 3A. You must land in bounds on the shore. If you do not land on the shore, you may proceed to the drop zone which will be the blue tee pad. You may also optionally proceed to the Blue tee pad throwing 3.

Hole 4, standard cross red rope/drop zone rules that are normally in place.

OB's will be all of the ropes, and surrounded by water where there are not ropes.

Hole 2, we will use similar rules that we played at The Eagle's Fly, however you MUST land IB on the island. Throws from the red tee that land OB have the option of re-tee or throw from last place in bounds on the shore. Throws from the fairway that land OB have the option of last place in bounds on the shore, or the short tee pad next to the short basket. Throws from the short tee pad that land OB have the option re-throw from the pad or drop zone on top of the platform.

Hole 4, standard cross red rope/drop zone rules that are normally in place.

We'll have a $1 Ace fund buy-in, $1 cash CTP on a semi-random hole.

Also, We'll be doing another CTP for a bag of Double G Jerky that we have left over from the CLE Rock player's packs.

Expect this league to use some longer layouts, as daylight will not be an issue. This includes some mixed tee and custom formats, depending on mood and course conditions ;)

Divisions will continue to follow PDGA guidelines and expect the same as earlier versions of our PDGA leagues with MA3, MA2, and FA2 in their own pools, and MPO/MA1 in one payout pool.

Tomorrow the 2021 season for Tuesdays With Pundy comes to a close. We will be playing a Reds to Some Longs Format with Longs on 9 and 12, similar to a couple weeks ago.

Also, we have $17 in the ace fund plus any buy-ins for tomorrow. If no ace is hit, the ace fund will be split into 2 CTPs, with the holes in play being hole 12 and hole 17. There will still be another random CTP for the cash, per the norm. This will be a total of 3 CTPs for cash in play. But if an ace is hit, the 2 holes for the ace fund CTPs will be null and the ace fund will pay out the full amount.

We are also kicking around the idea of a short 6 week fall version on either Saturday or Sunday with an 11 am start. More to come on the that very soon, as it would start mid to late September.

Also, just to clarify, when playing a Blues to Shorts layout, the short pins are not the "A" pins that are located in between the blue and white tees and before the red tees on some holes (holes 2, 3, 6, 16, and 18). These are pins only used with the 24 or 27 hole layout. So when playing Blues to Shots, the normal pins are always used. Easiest way to put it, if a pin cannot be played from all three tees, it's considered an "A" pin.

We did have another tie for first in MA3. For this Session, all ties will be split unless it is decided to do a throw off (if all parties are present) before I leave the course for the day. Otherwise, payouts will be combined for the top 2 (or more if necessary) places and then split amongst the winners. This will not affect anything with the PDGA, as it's total league points that declares a winner for the entire duration of the league.

The Summer Session of Tuesday's with Pundy begins in just over a week on 7/6/21!! This will be a 9 week league, and we will keep with the same format of a "flex" start between 5:30 and 6 PM. Payment will stay the same with Paypal being used as the primary source of entries and payouts. Ace fund will start at $0 as the Spring Session was paid out with CTPs on the final night. The same will be done with this fund at the end of the season if no aces are hit or if there is any remaining fund at that point.

Our Spring Session has wrapped up with some wet and muddy conditions for week 6. The rain fortunately stayed away for the 16 players on hand during the rounds played. Scores are posted and payouts have been sent. The PDGA site also shows the updated rounds. I will be finalizing the Event Report tonight for this part of league, and the ratings will finalize once that's done. That will allow them to be included in the next update coming in July.

We also had some extra CTPs on hand this week, with the $38 in the ace fund being split into 2 extra CTPs, our daily $ CTP, and the hoodie / hat CTP (donated by Rick G.). Winners are below and payouts for these have been included with any other winnings from this week.

Tomorrow wraps up our 6 week Spring Session of Tuesdays With Pundy with a short break before the Summer Session kicks back off in July. Tomorrow we will be playing White Tees to either Short or Long baskets, depending on the weather and the cloud cover.

We have a $23 Ace Fund that will be in play tomorrow with whatever is paid in for the finale added to it. If no ace is hit, the fund will be divided into 3 equal CTPs that will be in addition to our cash CTP for those who buy in for that. The 3 add on CTPs will be on holes 4, 13, and 14. You will have had to buy into at least 1 week of the Ace Fund DURING A PRIOR LEAGUE NIGHT during the Spring Session to be eligible for this. If an ace is hit, the CTPs are cancelled out and the ace fund will be paid out instead.

I also have a hat and sweatshirt for an additional CTP that was donated by Rick G. This will be on hole 10.

We got another tie to has out in MA2 with Justus and James tying with a -1. So if we can do a throw off next week, that would help determine a winner for the PDGA points. If not, the tie breaker rules will follow.

We also had an ace tonight, with Theo hitting hole 14 and a cool $84. 2 weeks left to let it get back up to $40 or $50. Depending on the amount, we will most likely just have 2-3 extra CTPs the final week for the cash and start fresh for the Summer Session.

I have two options....split it 4 ways at $17.50 each, or try to do a CTP next week before we start to determine who gets what finish for places 1 thru 4.

Paul Keller hit the CTP on 11 for a cool $24. The Ace Fund climbs another $24 to $62 with 3 weeks left.

Payouts will be sent tomorrow. For MA3, I'm going to hold off and hopefully there's some feedback from the 4 players tied for first (Ryan Lynch, Hunter P., Chris Cz., and Ryan Loncar.) I have updated the layout for the Spring Session for weeks 4-6 based on some feedback from players. The final 2 weeks will feature the same layout as The Eagles Fly at Punderson tourney, and give players a good warm up for the event. Below is the changes, which have also been updated in the the "About" section:

Week 3 -- Reds to Shorts (no change)
Week 4 -- 22 Hole Red to Shorts Layout (added holes on 2, 3, and 6)
Week 5 -- Great White Short
Week 6 -- Tiger Long

For the final 3 weeks, layout sheets and custom scorecards will be provided for each week's layout.

Also, for the Ace Fund, if no ace is hit by the end of the Spring Session, there will be CTPs on the final week for 1/2 of the fund, with the other remaining 1/2 rolling into the Summer Session. If an ace is hit during the final week, 100% of the ace fund will be paid if that players has bought in for that week.

15 players on hand for the first week of league on a day with some wet, windy, and muddy conditions. 6 MPO/MA1, 3 MA2, and 6 MA3 players took on the Reds to Shorts with a decent variety in scores. 2 players were able to shoot par and take down their respective divisions, with a +2 taking the win in MA3. Larry Bright hit the CTP on hole 14 for $15 in cash, and a total of $15 was added to the ace pot. Hopefully next week we get better conditions and a better turnout. I'd like to see us get back in the high 20's or early 30s like last year.

Results have been entered. The PDGA page has not established ratings as of yet, and I will follow up with that tomorrow. Payouts will be updated here and sent out tomorrow after work.

I'm happy to announce Tuesdays With Pundy will return for 2021 with both a Spring and Summer session!!!

Spring will be a 6 week league running May 4th through June 8th. Layouts will be an alternating mix of Reds to Shorts and Reds to Longs for the whole 6 weeks.

Summer will be a 9 week league running July 6th through August 31st. Layouts will be mixed up during league, with Red, White, and Blue tees being played to either short or long pins. A complete layout schedule will be posted for this league by early June.

If anybody has any feedback or suggestions, please let me know. I'm always up for new ideas to keep this fresh and fun.

Tomorrow is the final night of Tuesdays With Pundy, and we will be playing the Reds to Short layout to increase the chances of aces and also to have a few more options for the added CTPs that we have.

There will be total of 8 CTPs, with three being tentative to no aces hit during the final round. 3 of the CTPs will be the ace fund split in 1/3s ($25 + tomorrows entries). These three CTPs will become null if an ace is hit during the round and will be paid out for any aces per normal protocol. CTP holes have already been drawn and details are below:

Hole 4 - Keen 50% discount card and Zuca 10% off discount card
Hole 9 - Ace Fund CTP (1/3 ace fund)
Hole 10 - Steamline Proton Trace Golddigger stamp

Tomorrow groups will be able to begin going out for their rounds at 5:45 with the last group starting promptly at 6. This is to ensure all are around at the end of the round to hand out any CTPs and things of that nature. Also, as usual, cash prizes will be paid out via Paypal.

If there is an ace, these CTPs become invalid with the pot going to who hits the ace.

I'm suggesting we all start a 6 PM to make sure those who win CTP prizes can be present to receive them after the rounds. Cash prizes will be paid per usual through Paypal after the round. I may let groups begin around 5:45 to let groups stagger a little better. But I will be at the course between 5:15 and 5:30 as usual.

Another strong showing of 23 on hand tonight for our last multi-tee layout!!! Scores have been posted and payouts have been sent.

Congrats to Cory Byknish for cashing in for $125 on our first league ace hitting hole 14 from the Red tee on our Tiger Long layout!!! That resets the fund at $0 with two weeks to go.

Next week we will be playing the 27 hole layout, with the Blue Tees used on the "A" holes. Layout sheets and scorecards will detail the layout for those unfamiliar. This is a short and quick layout with a bunch of birdie and ace opportunities with all par 3s (course par 81).

This coming week the tentative layout is Blue/Red/White to Long Pins. IF weather is sketchy, the short pins may be used to help keep the rounds moving quicker. Layout sheets and scorecards will reflect the layout, and a decision on that will come Tuesday early afternoon. The CTPs ($$ and disc) will be decided between holes 5, 8, 11, 14, and 17, with the possibility of holes 2 and 9 added to the mix if short pins are played.

We are down to our final three weeks. I'm impressed with the support of this league with an average of 22 players per week. This will definitely be something we do again next year, and I may even consider a short 6 week stint before the winter months hit playing Reds to Longs each week. More to come on that as details are hashed out.

Week 5 is done with 22 players on hand, just beating the rain that rolled in around 8:45. It's a good things we played shorts or most would have finished out in some rainy conditions.

Payouts have been sent. We had a couple ties, including top scores in MPO/MA and MA3, and those payouts have been split combining 1st and 2nd place total for each. There was also a tie for the final payout in MA2, and that was also split between both players. We may need to determine a tiebreaker with the "flex" start going on if this is extended, most likely using most birdies, followed by least bogeys to determine true winners. But since this wasn't established at the beginning of league, payout splits will be used for the duration of this league.

I'll get scores updated tomorrow after work. It's getting late and I have to be up a 6 AM.

Thanks to all who came out for some iffy conditions. A post of the results will follow tomorrow's score update sometime around 4-5 PM.

Based on the amount of rain we've had over the last few days and the muddy and wet conditions at the course, we will be playing the WBR to Shorts layout and not playing the long pins on holes 2, 9, 12, and 15. Par for this layout is 57, and there will be layout / OB sheets provided along with a scorecard for the layout. This should help speed up the rounds and also avoid some areas that could be dangerous due to the conditions.

We are just past the halfway point with 4 weeks left to go!! Tomorrow features the WBR to Longs layout, with Hole 1 White Tee, Hole 2 Blue Tee, Hole 3 Red Tee, Hole 4 White Tee, and so on and so forth. I will have cards and layout / OB sheets for each card to keep it simple. I will also be there around 5:15 once again to let groups get going as they arrive. In the instance that we have iffy weather, I may make the call to remove the Long Pins from this layout to help keep the pace going. There's been a decent amount of rain the past couple days, so the Island is sure to be very wet, so at a minimum, that may be removed from the layout. I will make a judgement call on that tomorrow.

CTP for the week will be between Hole 4 and Hole 13, which are both from the White Tee. One will be the Random Cash hole, and the other will have a disc prize, as I've had 4 discs donated that will be given away each of the last four weeks of league.

Seeing as I am allowing a "flex" start with people able to start as early as 5:15, the layout for this week has been updated to RWB to Long. Long pins will be played on holes 2, 9, 12, and 15, and the Gold Tee for Hole 3 (Platform) will be used for hole 3. Please note 3A basket will not be in play (the one you can see from the platform), but the normal hole 3 will be used. I will be starting promptly at 6 and will be with the last group going out. It starts getting dark around 9, so I'm feeling this 3 hours should allow for enough to time to finish the round. I will be allowing groups of 3-4 for those who start before 6. If this works out, the following 2 weeks will also use the Long Pins for the WBR and BRW layouts.

Masks will not be required during play, as the mandate does state that they are not required during exercise. But seeing as we on state owned land, I'd like to make sure we don't have any complaints that could end up jeopardizing the remainder of the league.

Seeings as the next few weeks we will be playing a longer layout, I'm going to offer something similar to a "flex" start. I will be at the course around 5:15. When groups of three arrive, they can start immediately to help get the rounds finished with plenty of daylight. I will be going out on the course for my round promptly at 6. So please be there before 6 to ensure you get in a group and out on the course. In the event this works out and groups do start earlier, there will be an option to either text or message me an image of your scorecard or I will leave my back window slightly open where you can drop the card in there for me to confirm scores after the rounds are done.

Tomorrow we will be playing with 3 to a card to help keep the pace up. The CTP will be designated to either hole 14 or 17, and will be drawn before the round starts. Ace fund is still active, and there's still a few aceable holes out there. So it's still the $10 required buy-in, and optional $1 ace and $1 random hole CTP (14 or 17) for a total of $12 all in.

Payouts have been sent and scores have been uploaded. If anybody sees any issues, please let me know. I did make a mistake with payouts today as I had one person marked MA2 who was MA3. That has been corrected and posted correctly here. A couple people were paid out a couple extra $$, but that's on me and I will put back into the league fund the $5 over that was paid out in cash with people who paid cash for their weekly entry. Next week, I am going to be a little more strict about Paypal payment, as it makes it easier for me to cross check scores and divisions after the round once I'm home so everything is done correctly.

Next week the layout will be Blues to Shorts. With the amount of time this round took, we will not be able to complete a Blues to Longs round. So we will stick with a 6 PM start playing Blues to Shorts, not using the Long Pins on holes 2, 9, 12, and 15. This should save us a good bit of time and get us done by 9 PM, just like this week.

League will kick off next Tuesday, July 7th, with a 6 PM start time playing the Red to Long Tees layout. Please be present at the course by 5:55, as tee of will be promptly at 6 to ensure rounds are completed before dark.

Seeing as we are still dealing with some restrictions regarding COVID, there will be no cash exchanged for this league, and all entry fees and payouts will be managed through Paypal.

League entry each week is $10, with $7 going to payouts. There is an optional Ace Fund entry and Daily CTP entry of $1 each ($12 total all in weekly). These will also be paid out via Paypal, with the Ace Fund rolling week to week, and the Daily CTP paid out with weekly payouts. League entry will have to be sent to the FOP Paypal (address will be at the end of this post) before league rounds are played. Payouts and league results will occur on the following day after each league round. League entry fees can be paid weekly or all at once, with refunds in applicable cases for extraneous circumstances if one is to pay ahead for multiple weeks. We will not play in adverse conditions, such as steady to hard rain and thunder and lightening.

Card groupings will be set to 3 players per card when possible to keep the pace moving and speed up rounds. OBs sheets will be provided each week, and will play slightly looser than standard tournament play. Generally this means that water OBs will be "surrounded by water" rather than the ropes on holes like 2,3, 6, and 15. We will run A and B Pools, but players data will be entered according to their PDGA Division (based on ratings). A Pool will generally be Professional, Advanced, and higher level Intermediate Players (920+ rating). B Pool will be Novice, Recreational, and lower level Intermediate players. A C Pool will be designated for Women and Children if applicable on a weekly basis. Payouts will go to the top 1/3 of each Pool weekly, with cash payouts as mentioned made through Paypal.

If anybody has any comments and suggestions to make this a fun and competitive league, please let me know. Also, keep in mind that for ratings to become official, there must be 3 current PDGA players with active ratings. Seeing as I will be there each week, only 2 others will be needed on a weekly basis for this. I'm pretty confident that this will happen weekly.
