I went through the last 3 weeks and once our handicaps from week 1 were calculated it adjusted our week 2 scores from Charlotte, the same with our Week 3 scores from GL. It shows our handicaps and actual scores but adjusts on its own for placement. Let me know what you guys think as you can see the current handicapped standings. Any other suggestions on how to make standings fair let me know your input. Also considering 2 divisions (Pro/Am style).

Welcome to the inaugural league season of the Dirty Birdie Disc Golf Club. While the current conditions of the world make running a league difficult we will do our best to make this season fun and competitive. This club was founded in 2020 with the hopes of creating another option for Lansing area players to compete and have fun while playing disc golf. Dirty Birdie Disc Golf (DBDG) considers Lake Alliance Park in Potterville MI to be our home course. We have been in many talks with the Potterville Parks Department on improvements to the course and we look forward to what is to come, hopefully you will be along for the ride with us. Thank you for joining us this season and we look forward to many dirty birdies along the way.

Due to current conditions we are asking that cards are limited to 3 or at max 4 people for the foreseeable future. We will be instituting an imaginary 20ft gimme circle around the basket so that if you feel uncomfortable putting into the chains you make pick up your disc within 20ft and count that as a made putt (counts as a stroke). You and your cardmates will agree on whether or not you are within 20ft and whether or not you have a straight line in which you could putt through. We are also asking that only one person keeps score per round to avoid passing the scorecard between players. There will be a dropbox at hole 1 to turn in cards every week once all players agree upon final scores.

We will be starting our league on Thursday May 14 at Lame Alliance Park in Potterville at 6pm. The league will still run 18 weeks as planned and end in mid September. Please arrive early the first day to pay your league fee and get signed up. We will be meeting at the pavilion just inside the park by the tee pad and basket for hole 10. I will be uploading a players meeting pack to DiscGolfScene so that we can limit our meeting time. It will have all necessary information for OBs and hole information. We look forward to seeing everyone.

With the PDGA cancelling tournaments through May we are forced to take a look at our league. With only 9 potential dates remaining for our Summer league schedule we are looking at other possibilities ... show more ›

With the PDGA cancelling tournaments through May we are forced to take a look at our league. With only 9 potential dates remaining for our Summer league schedule we are looking at other possibilities such as potentially combining our planned fall league with the summer league to still run one longer season or running 2 separate short seasons.
