COVID-19 Procedures

If you are not feeling well, PLEASE DO NOT PLAY THIS WEEK.

Please be conscious of social distancing before, during, and after the round.

Do not touch another players equipment, including discs, bags, carts, towels, etc.

Bring hand sanitizer with you to have out on the course as needed.

Please utilize the online scoring option. I will give you the website, password, and instructions. I will also provide a paper scorecard just in case there are difficulties but the online scorecard is the official scorecard.

After checking in, please use the hand sanitizer that has been provided.

Utilize multiple nearby baskets if you plan on warming up by putting. Do not putt in a group.

The maximum size for a group is 4. 3 is preferred.

Players should consider uniquely marking their discs on both the top and the bottom of the discs, thereby helping to identify the owner of a disc without the need for someone to touch it to flip it over.

Players should clear their disc from a target before another player putts out. A player should not putt into a target that already has another disc within it.

Players should carefully remove their disc from a target and avoid touching any surface of the target while doing so.

Purposefully ignoring these instructions will lead to your removal from the league permanently and potential PDGA discipline.

Ok.... We have a starting date for everything. Here are all of the details:

Black Ace Sanctioned Singles (BASS)
Wednesday Nights: 6/17 to 8/19
Check In Time: 5:30-6:00
Divisions: MPO, MA1, MA2, MA3, MA4, FA1
Cost: $6 to play
Optional:
$10 League Membership
$1 Ace Pool
League Membership:
1 berth is being awarded in MA1-MA4 & FA1. Must pay league membership in June to be eligible to win a berth. Top 8 scoring nights will be used.
$2 Optional Super Ace Pool.
All CTPs are for League Members Only.
Some custom BADG League swag yet to be determined.

As with last year, it will be a form your own group of 3-4 players.

IMPORTANT: If due to your past behavior people don’t want to play with you, that is on you. Don’t expect me to find you a group to play with. People come out to play to have a good time and if you are detracting from that, I am not going to step in. Be a person that other people want to play with.

As with last year, it is will mandatory to use the PDGA online scoring.

IMPORTANT: If you don’t want to do the online scoring, then I would suggest that you don’t come out and play in this league. It takes too much time to enter in people’s scores in multiple locations and it also speeds up the end of the night having all of the scores online to check the scores.

Lastly, even if you don’t think that COVID-19 was important, other people do/did. So, you will have a waiver to sign to play as well as being responsible for social distancing on the course before and after the round. I will be posting/developing the COVID procedures for this league this weekend.

IMPORTANT: If you are going to refuse to abide by the social distancing rules or signing the waiver, then I am going to suggest that you don’t come out and play in this league. If you do come out anyway, I will just not allow you to register, it is as simple as that.
