The Southern Woodpeckers Disc Golf Club is a competitive disc golf league for local players in Rainbow City and surrounding areas. Each member carries a numbered tag that can be exchanged in the order at which the players score from lowest to highest. Tags are available for 10$. Members can meet at any time to compete. Members must compete once every two weeks to maintain their position. A meeting is scheduled once a month on Saturday at 9 am inside Vivian Lee Maddox Sports Complex 4573 Rainbow Drive Rainbow City, Al. Players compete for the lowest tags as well as available prizes. Everyone is welcome to play. Tag members only are invited to club meetings. We exchange ideas, updates and ways to advance the club and game in our area.
