This was last day of Winter League.
We had a good turnout considering it was treating to rain most of the time. There was a small pizza party after the round . Jason Barry and Fred Lusky took it down both shooting a 56. Jason also won the CTP for $29.00. No Ace was hit today so we had to have a playoff for the Ace Pot. We all shoot a CTP at hole #2 and since no one hit an ace on it we split the $196.00 cash pot between the 3 players closest to the pin. Connor Beote ,Dean Squires and Tommy Hawkins split the cash I think .

That's the way it ended up for this year. We hope to see you all back again next winter. We will be starting up the Hollows Summer League on May 1st which is the first Wednesday of May. This will be another 20 week series. Sign up early to help us get your shirts order for the season. I have bag tags coming from Pyrohyzer this year and they will be number also so you can play each other for tags if you want.

Tournaments are coming fast so if you can get yourself registered. This always helps the Tournament Directors with the logistics of putting this all together . We need to order your player packs for the tournament now.

It looks like Steve Foster took it down today shooting a 59. Fred Lusky was right there behind him shooting a 60. Wade Pepin shot a 61 for 3rd today. Tommy Hawkins took down the CTP on hole 18 winning $25.00. There were no aces so the ace pot grows again. It is now $82.00

We are still signing up for MatchPlay if anyone is interested. Also there are tournaments in Amherst at Birch Park coming up quick so register . Lots of stuff is coming including the NEADGC. Sign up for that one for sure.

Summer League Series is soon to begin. The first Wednesday of May we will start. 5pm sign in 5:30pm start. Cost will remain the same as last year. $30.00 buy in for the season. You will be getting a league dry fit . tee shirt and a Pyrohyzer numbered glass bag tag.. The rest of your registration money will be used for the payouts at the end of the season and any cost to have a little party for us all to enjoy. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Wade Pepin took down our big Ace Pot today. I am told he skipped one in for the ACE on hole #3. It has been a long time coming. Congratulations to Wade on a $784.00 win.
CTP today was won by Wade Pepin for $27.00 on hole #16.

Brandon Daugherty Took it down today shooting a 53. There was 3 more players 2 strokes behind for a 3 way tie for 2nd.

We are taking registration for the Match Play Contest that will be going on at both of the Hollows Disc Golf courses. I hope some of you will come out and give it a shot. "Im even playing". On another note I wanted to mention that Pyrolyzer is having another Ace Day in March. We will be holding it here at the Hollows on Sunday March 17th during regular league. I hope you all sign up for that one . It is a lot of fun and there is extra Ace Money on the line. It costs $5.00 to participate. I just got 50 new tags in at the store if anyone needs one.

Mike Corson won the CTP on hole #14 this week for $30.00.

There is a lot of stuff coming up but I wanted to make sure you know the Match Play Singles registration is open. You can sign up to play the Hollows North or South on U-Disc. It costs $45.oo to play and you get a couple of unreleased discs also. Check out the Matchplay site for lots more info on these events.

There were 2 players right behind both shooting a 59 for a second place tie . Kris Wiley and Steve Foster were the ones tied for 2nd. Matt Davis won the CTP for $30.00 and the Ace pot has grown to $626.00.
We played the Pyrolyzer National Ace Day along with league and it went off without a hitch. There were 19 players involved, not bad for our first time doing it. Unfortunately there were no Aces hit. There were a few hit in other areas across the country.
We are offering 2 Matchplay contests here at the Hollows North and South. There will be 16 players for each event. Its $45.00 to play and you get 2 discs. Call Bill or Norma to sign up or get more details.

It looks like Wade Pepin and Dan Brown took it down today shooting 57 each, with Matt Davis shooting a 58 for 3rd place. Mike Corson won the CTP on hole 12 today winning $24.00 ( I owe him $3.00 still. ) The Ace pot has jumped to $574.00.

Next week during League we will be doing the Pyrohyzer National Ace Day Tournament as well. It will be held during league . You can register for it right here on Discgolfscene. Billy Crane and Steve Foster took it down with a tie shooting 57's and Mike Corson was right on their heels shooting a 58. Joel Gomez took the CTP on hole 11 today for $23.00 The Ace pot grew by another $50.00 today bringing the total to $528.00. WoW!!.

Feb 10th we will be hosting a National.Pyrolyzer Ace Tournament during league play. The cost to enter is $5.00 and you can sign up on discgolfscene.com. I sell tags in the store if you need a tag. If you already have a tag maybe you could join in and sign up to help make this a success. This shouldn't affect league play at all.

The 2019 NEADGC has gone live and is open for registration. We expect this year to be even bigger so get ready for another great tournament with super payouts and great player packs as well. I hope to see you all there with big smiles after you pick up your player packs.. We will also be hosting lots of Flex Starts at several parks this year. We will be bringing our Flex Starts up to Otter Brook also. Look for the dates on the discgolfscene. pages. We will bring our traveling Ace Pot also .

Fred Lusky was on fire today . He shoot a 53 tying the score with Billy Crane and also won the CTP on hole #5 for $25.00. There was no Ace Hit bringing the new total to $210.00. Not a bad reason to come out and brave some cold weather.

The season is fast approaching and we are getting ready for winter league. This will be a 20 week series with the 1st round will being held on November 11th. Show up by 8:30 for a 9:00am start time. You can register on disc golf scene or you can sign up at league. The cost for winter league will be $30. New players to league that were not in summer league will receive a bag tag and a league disc.
This is a points series so you will get 1 point for each player you beat at each weeks round. You also get 25 points for any ace you get during the series. If you manage to have perfect attendance for the 20 week series you will receive 25 points also..
