Thanks to all for coming out for the last round of the summer league. Twenty players for the last round.

CTP hole 18 and Troy Radikin parks a beautiful forehand to secure one of the last Ypsi Dubs discs to close out the session.

Framo cashes in on his last drive of the night. Blind Ace on hole 8 - We heard it - He knew it - $155 in pocket - Nice Ace Framo.

$155 carries over to next Spring League.

Ken Parks pulls the Cali and takes it to the bank with -14. Way to pull out the last night win but not enough points to catch Daemon Stahlin for the over all points winner.

The long Days of Summer are behind us and we must adapt and make the most of it. Since there is not enough time to get the word out we will begin at 5:45 promptly as previously stated but payouts may need to be at another location. Steve Wyatt RH Park Superintendent provided guidance to clear-up any question on RH closing time, see below.

In Oct there will be new Winter Leagues starting at several locations and times, one may rotate local courses as 24 Chains has been doing. We are exploring if there can be a Point Series that combines scores for several local leagues.

For those who can play earlier on Tuesdays at RH we will continue playing but less formal. There will most likely be a Sunday Winter League at RH. If you have preferences in format or other ideas related to RH Sunday morning 10ish let me know.

Other ideas about local Winter leagues make sure you get your input to Foz Miller, Bart Fencl, Scott White, Garrett Graham, Gabriel Dotson or Miah Swain ASAP as we try to formalize some Winter DG Fun.

Until Oct there are some local events to be aware of as well:

I appreciate everyone's patience while I test out using the laptop - We have tried a few different things and I am about to make an actual application that will automate all of it but that may not be ready till next year at the rate I am going.

Joe, Chris and Matt have been helping and we should be able to get through roll call and be ready to hand out score cards faster this week. - Thanks guys.

Some have asked about moving Dubs to a couple of the other nearby courses over the next few weeks for a little variety. Let us know your view during registration.

Well Thank You all again for a another great turn out, we Had 45 people, 4 CTP's - some amazing scores, Peter Wyngaard got an ace on #11, Foz and his amazing etched growler and glass CTP, every week I got to see some people shoot some amazing shots, this week I threw with some different People some I had never thrown with before, and some of them really motivated me to want to learn to throw back-hand better. I hope everyone has been having fun coming out to play I want to Throw from the longs in 2 weeks, but if we throw from longs obviously we will have to start earlier(How much earlier is the question and will that effect attendence so much that it is not worth it, Please let me know your feelings about this and let me know what works for you, I will take toll of what I see and let you all know, also I was wondering if we should start 15 minutes earlier even from shorts, or should we just keep the kids in the golf cart and the woman with the megaphone busy. Hey I want to say thanks to the 54 people that attended Dubs Tuesday, Not only was it the best turn out ever, But it was a all around fun experience surrounded by great people having a good time. There was and ace Tuesday Jeff Coates hit Number 17 and took home $235 well worth the $2. I also want to tell everyone that won a disc to enjoy them, we gave away 6 discs in a jumbo toss, and then gave away and addition 4 through CTPs on the course. It was nice to see a lot of new and old faces out there. Hope to see you all again this week. Have a great weekend. I just wanted to thank the 39 people we had come out and play tuesday, it was a great time, I had fun, and I hope you all did also, sorry we did not get to do the jumbo toss because of time, we will give those discs out next week. Also I want to thank all the people that bought a disc, and congratulate the 3 CTP winners, Peter Kunoff (Hole 4), Mucker (Hole 5), Jim Daniels (Hole 9), Nice throws. After this week the Ace pool is at $378, and should pay over $200 next week if a ace gets hit. We Voted on the ace Rules and Cali. does get to pay for the 2nd chance if they want, and We decided only half the ace pool is up to be won each week, no matter how many aces get hit that week. Hello everyone, as I said the other day the club discs are in, so try to get Rolling Hills Early if you can, we are going to give some discs away before the round through Various CTP's and such, we will also have the new Club Discs for sale, Thanks for the Cool artwork Mike!!! Foz will also be there with the great growler CTP, come support and share. So please come out, especially all of you that have been out in the past and helped me to generate some of the club funds needed to pay part of the cost of these discs, Also for every 12 People that sign up we will add another CTP to the Course, another chance to win a disc, hopefully a couple more chances. I also hope to see some new faces out there, so bring a friend that has not attended in the past, or tell someone new about us. I hope to see more people then we have ever had before, Let's have some fun, rain or shine. Hey just to let everyone know, Foz is bringing a Party Sub to Ypsi Dubs tonight forveryone to enjoy, Hope to see you there, also sorry to anyone that I may have offended with and email about dubs, just not sure how the schedule got switched without me knowing, we will work this out, I will be able to rotate with notice, and a schedule we can post at both courses then people will know where to be, however if the other people decide to have a doubles there every tuesday then we will just stay at rolling. I want to thank everyone that has already came out to play early this year. There have been some questions on the ace pool, with the carry over from last year the ace pool is at $168 which is over $100 That carried over from last years ace pool, some people had some questions of what happened to the money from last year? Not sure what that meant, how else would the ace pool be over $100 already. Also there has been some dislike on the new way the ace pool is ran so I am going to vote tomorrow or the next week if the turn out really sucks because of the weather, I hope it doesn't, anyway there will be 3 different ways I would be willing to do the ace pool. 1) the way it is now $2 pays $100 for an ace $1 pays $50 for an ace 2) $2 pay in and Cap the ace pool capped at $100 3) $2 pay in 50% of ace pool.

Well let me know what you all think, as for the money that gets held back, it has not accumulated enough to start the side stuff and CTP - I think wee will wait for the end of the month to get that rolling. Hope to see you all soon.
